I'm in my late 30's and traveled as a single queer female and had a GREAT experience! Every single staff person was SO friendly. I would think I was bothering and they would assure me I wasn't. The space is SO clean! Centrally located to some fantastic thrift stores (N. Milwaukee avenue). The coffee shop in front was SO convenient for getting work done. All the spaces were VERY clean. I would stay here again and recommend without reservation.

The hostel was nice and clean. The common area is big and comfortabel and you can cook there, although I didn't. The neighborhood is nice, but it could ofcourse be closer to downtown. The employees are nice, although not too talkative. Further on, the wifi was fine, and it was nice that there is a washing machine, lockers etc. Also, there is a nice cafe downstairs. Unfortunately they didn't offer breakfast and maybe the rooms were a bit small. Our room was not full so this wasn't a big deal.

The room was comfortable with a private bathroom. The metro station is just around the corner and we felt safe walking to the hostel late at night. There were places to eat close by and also a supermarket and a drugstore so it was convenient. Staff was helpful, overall we enjoyed our stay.

Modern and cool looking hostel, not too busy, on a hipster area of the city. It's not really the city center but it's close to the subway to take you there and there's plenty of bars and restaurants around. Rooms are comfortable and clean, on busier days bathrooms are sometimes not enough (3 per floor). It's definitely not a party hostel, not a lot of atmosphere. The common area on the basement doesnt help, it doesnt feel very appealing. The cafe and empanadas restaurant is a nice plus.

    Very Good

Hum... hostel has potential. But, not the best layout for communal areas. I found the venue really difficult to meet other travellers. The cafe is ok, but I found the staff were annoyed at having plenty of customers. Communal area in the basement, was big, well stocked, facilities for cooking etc... but, no-one wanted to be down there! Clean, welcoming front desk & handy duvets on offer for free. Free good WiFi. But my biggest complaint was the noise. So much noise in 215 from neighbours 17/3

I went to check in and picked up the house phone. The person told me they were on break and I would have to wait 5 minutes - very unprofessional. I don’t care if it is a hostel, a customer should never have to wait to check in. Also, temp was very hot the first night and very cold the second night (thin blanket was not enough)

The hostel is clean and the facilities are alright, there's also a place that does good empanada's at the front. However, there's a bit of a weird vibe here. The staff aren't very welcoming or particularly interested in ensuring you have a good time and there were a few weird guests staying when we were there. No complimentary breakfast wasn't great vs other US hostels for the price either.
