Holiday station was the perfect bog-standard hostel! No frills attached, they are amazing at what they do! Spacious double room with TV, hair dryer, two bottles of water and loo roll per day! Everything and more than we needed for 4 night in Krabi! Staff were always friendly and the place was very clean and tidy! Couldn’t fault the experience! We loved the open and spacious lobby area for breakfast!

I was almost put off by other reviews, but I’m glad I booked to stay here. I found the staff very accommodating and helpful, they didn’t always have a big smile but then neither do I. The place is an old cinema so big and spacious. I’d agree with others that it has more of a hotel atmosphere than a hostel. But I booked as a means to have a quiet night away from hostels. For that it was perfect...clean, secure, good AC short walk to town. Good place to get some rest.

Hostel is so open and spacious it was really nice compared to other tiny hostels we’ve been staying in, shared bathroom was great seperate male and female ones with multiple cubicle toilets and showers and a hair dryer, location was fine if you want to be in the town for the markets etc but if you want to go to the beach/anywhere else you have to travel quite far by bus or taxi or book day trips

Me and my boyfriend stayed here as a stop off between Ko Lanta and koh Samui, perfect for what we needed. Clean room, free water and coffee. Found a lovely restaurant on the river not far away. Pretty much in the middle of no where though, don’t stay here if you’re looking to meet people, party or site see as you’ll be disappointed!

Me and my friend stayed in the double box. For the price it wasn't bad but if you get claustrophobic at all I would NOT recommend

It sounds nice to have your own room, but these rooms are like closets with a cot on the floor and grey walls. Personally, it's not a long stay kind of place. A night or two isn't bad if you need your own space, but any longer and you feel claustrophobic. It's a pretty dead place.

We arrived there to be greeted as if we weren’t even welcome. Very unaccommodating staff not always willing to help. No atmosphere in there whatsoever, it feels like you are in a jail cell (concrete room). The location is about a 15 minute walk from where you want to be, which isnt that great. Facilities were nice, they have AC but you have no control over the temperature. The best part about this is the Pad Thai place down the street!! I highly recommend, it is so good and 40B.

If your looking for a 1 night stay over to catch a ferry the next day that's all this hostel is good for. There's nothing around Krabi Town. The rooms have no windows so it's just darkness (a bit like a shared prison cell). The shower room was full of little biting ants, smelly and just not clean. So be warned the pictures don't live up to what they show. Wouldn't recommend this hostel to anyone for longer than 1 night. Make your way down towards Ao Nang for a better time.

No luggage room so our bags were left in the lobby unattended, bedrooms are slide across door prison cells, no windows, beds on the floor (as well as ants on the floor), grey walls, no bed linen and stained towels. Booked another hostel for the next day as soon as we arrived. Don’t even bother talking to the staff, they don’t care. Rudest people I’ve spoken to on my trip to Thailand. They just sat watching tv and taking drinks out of the fridge we had to pay for. Don’t book this hostel
