Perfect location just near the Tsu-tenkaku area in Osaka. Comparing to other cheap rooms (10 guest or more dorm,,,horrible), it may be a little pricy but do worth. They do demonstrate typical Japanese atmosphere on the 1st floor. I am Japanese though lol

Great place to stay. Lots of events going on. Artists selling works in the common space. Staff are really nice and there is a good kitchen, seating area and a nice space on the roof. Showers and bathrooms are clean and in good condition. Room was small but had space under bed to store bags. The only thing we didn't like was the unlimited access to hairdryers. People would be using them at literally all times through the night and the walls are really thin so you can always hear one being used.

The 6-person female dorm was very cramp, with no security lockers, but clean. The common area is large, and the hostel is located in a touristy part of Osaka full of eateries. The bathroom facilities were roomy and clean.

Very comfortable, clean and great facilities. On par with staying at a nice hotel rather than a hostel. The only down side was there were no lockers apart from small ones for valuables. Location was good near to the Shinsekai tower, lots of food places and shops nearby, 30 min walk to Dotonbori which was quite nice during the evening. Staff really polite and helpful during my stay.

What a great hostel! The staff is super friendly. Always greeting us whenever we go and come back. The rooms are very nice. We stayed in a private bunk room and the room was clean. The location is amazing! The zoo and station are super close. They had a mini map for you if the area highlighting good food and great places to see. My only complaint I guess would be that I wish their were more showers and toilets for women. There was only one in the second floor which was shared by many women. Th

Home Hostel is located in a great area, it’s like a mini-Las Vegas. Tons of street food, bars, cafes and restaurants, but the area empties out at around 9pm during the week. Nipponbashi and Dotonbori are due north of the hostel as well, and a good metro line is just south. The hostel was very clean and has great showers. Rooms don’t have much space for luggage so you may be stuck leaving it in the lobby if the room’s crowded. Mostly Japanese people, not foreigners, staying there during my time.

Pros: extremely clean, comfy beds, good facilities in kitchen, close to metro, paid laundry Cons: too many rules, no privacy for phone calls due to the rule of no talking on floors with rooms, neighbourhood felt sketchy at times, especially at night and my biggest complaint is that the atmosphere when I was here was horrible. No one talked to each other, not even the people in my room would say hello to me, it was impossible to meet anyone which I think overall affected my experience in Osaka
