We offer large, airy, comfortable rooms and have a great reputation for a warm atmosphere and helpful staff. We're located in the heart of Brixton with excellent transport links - a great location to stay and explore the city of London.

Fantastic place- the location was easily reached near lots of public transport. Facilities were all really clean and spacious. Security really good without being invasive- as a group of 18 year olds (2 girls and a boy) we felt really safe. Downstairs is a fab pub with a buzzing atmosphere- free entry to gigs and 20% off drinks if you're staying. Really friendly vibe, everyone really friendly and inviting. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay somewhere cheap in London. Well worth it.

Excellent place, pounding and heaving with live bands and excitement. Not the normal backpackers hostel, couldn't be described as leafy & genteel - if you like energy and music then this is the place, half way between Brixton and Herne Hill. When I arrived staff were extremely stretched . However a gent (Steve, I believe) was instantly welcoming and did everything possible to expedite my check-in. The rooms were pleasant and comfy and clean. I'll certainly return and the staff are excellent

If you're going to bed late, you should be okay. Its above a bar/concert hall. Showers are push-button and ten second times, like a public restroom sink. Strange vibes. Strange smells. But it's a budget hostel so...

I stayed somewhere else because the beds were so filthy, besides that it was ok - staff were very nice can't fault that.

Great location very convenient for the O2 Academy Brixton and other music venues. Bit of a basic hostel though, very dirty facilities. Old beer bottles under my bed and the kitchen was not very clean. Free toast, spreads and tea and coffee for breakfast. The hostel is above a pub/bar which has music until 3am on Saturday nights, unfortunately the window in my dorm was broken and would not close properly so it was a very noisy night.

I was a 19 female traveling alone - scheduled to spend three nights here but checked out about an hour after I checked in. Super sketchy part of town, ambience was creepy, and receptionists were disgusting. One asked me out after telling me that there was a ten year age gap between us. Second receptionist told me (verbatim) to “be a good girl tonight”. The overall cleanliness was alright - about what you would expect from such an inexpensive hostel - but would not recommend staying here.

The bar located below was a good time but due to this it made it very hard to sleep as the music vibrated the walls the entire night. The photos displayed online are nothing like what it is... we found it very dirty - none of the bathrooms had soap or sanitizer and there was a clogged toilet for 2 out of the 3 nights of our stay without anyone coming to fix it. Also, in the 6 bed female room there were several ladies who seemed to have completely moved in with their stuff all over.

It is located top of a bar and has Scary atmosphere for me as a single girl.It had no boards as a hostel just has a board as a bar. They gave me 2 keys and 2 passwords to come in.It means when ever you wanted to com in you must pass 4 doors and Narrow was very Complex and horrible.I think this security measures were due to the people who were Commuting there.I had a roommate who I was afraid of her and didn't feel safe. I spent two nights but only stayed one night.
