Nice hostel and overall good experience. Areas of needed improvement: AC wasnt turned on till midnight and off by 6 am making for an uncomfortable sleep and the bathrooms got messy and had no toilet tissue at one point.

Only stayed for a night to go see Chichen Itza. The breakfast was very small just a piece for bread and some fruit. Staff was alright. There was missing toilet paper at the toilets the whole time we there. Also the bathrooms wasn’t that clean but rooms were clean

Central hostel and clean. Wasn't much of an atmosphere and booked into an 8 bed dorm which turned out to be a 20 but was spacious. Free breakfast basic but nice

Value for the money. Bathroom stalls are very small. Dorms can become very hot, they turn on the AC at 11 P.M at night then off around 3 a.m, this becomes a problem if you want to sleep at 9 p.m , but it is too hot at that time to sleep comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. The trash area near the kitchen needs more trash cans rather than plastic bags thrown on the ground. It is good for a base to venture to Mayan ruins and Cenotes.

Booked a 12 bed dorm but there was only one dorm and it had 5 normal bunk beds and 4 double bed bunk beds so 26 people in total. Cheeky to offer different prices. Was hot as A/C didnt really reach. Toilets clean. Breakfast was fruit and toast. Had a water refill. Good location close to bus stop and cenote. Staff was nice. Dorm door didnt lock but you can get a key for lockers at reception. Wifi not great. Also toilet doors were so close to knees and I’m 5ft2 so😂. Worth it when paying £4/night

Positives: Good location Nice backyard The management pays attention to everyone’s comfort - there is a curfew on the backyard lights (which might be a negative although the dorms are right next to it so it would disturb people’s sleep) AC Negatives: Poor water pressure Poor lighting in the bed Doesn’t appear to be 24h reception - I woke up specifically at 7am to go to Chichén Itzá early and had to wait half an hour for someone as the front door was closed! So we were locked in

It was okay. The price is good for the location but the beds were hard as a rock, the thing is the bathrooms were atrocious. I promise I’m even being dramatic but they had one bathroom in the dorms that smelt so bad No soap. The staff was nice but didn’t see him around much.

We booked this place because it advertised check in at 11am but when we got there we were told 2pm, even the form we had to sign to check in said 11am. Staff who checked us in was incredibly rude, another member was more polite. Beds were comfy but dorm was very hot as they didnt bother turning on A/C until 11pm! Bathroom very cramped. Weren't allowed to borrow bikes despite advertising free bikes. Kitchen was ok. Good location near ADO station.
