Myra and her staff are terrific. Very friendly and helpful. The WIFI could be stronger, but excellent location and friendly people. Very quite and not a party location. I would highly recommend this Hostal.

Check-in was easy even though they didn't speak any English. I originally booked a bed in a room of 4. A couple days in they asked if I'd like my own room. When they saw that I had a lot of belongings on my bed they moved me to a room with 2 beds for my stuff. The couple that operate this were very kind and accommodating. I had expensive belongings(and cash) in my room and everything was safe there throughout my trip. There was a kitchen there that was a common's area w/ fridge.

One of the best services I've experienced in a hostel. There were mishaps, but it was out of the control of the owners, so it's not worth mentioning. What I will say is how attentive and good-spirited they were. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff who work here are incredibly sweet and helpful. They also rent out snorkel gear for around a dollar which was a huge plus. Plus a drinkable water fountain which saves more money than you think. A/C worked and to be honest that's all I really cared about. Wifi on the entire island is slow so deal with it.

Good value for the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful (but mostly just in spanish). The rooms are cleaned everyday and they give you new towels. There are no lockers for your things and the layout of the place makes it difficult to meet other travelers other than the ones in your room. Location is good, right on one of the main streets.

Pretty nice hotel or hostel right on Avenida Baltra. It is about 5 blocks from the Marina area, but it is a nice walk. I originally had requested a dorm room, but they had singles for $20 So I had a single room, en suite bathroom, Air Con. Pretty handy and well worth the money. The staff was nice, although they aren't around much in the evening.

If you want to save money on the island this is the one. There is a kitchen you can use up to 10pm. The rooms are basic but clean and there’s hot water in the shower. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is close to the centre of town.

Really friendly staff (tony was particularly lovely and helpful!) rooms are good, showers hot etc and there is also a kitchen which is great because eating out in galapagos can be expensive! The only issues we had is that as the hostel is based on a main road it is REALLY noisy and as i'm a light sleeper i didn't get the best sleep. Apart from that it was good value, and we stayed an extra 2 nights here when we'd finalised our travel plans.

A mixed review. The manager lady was totally sweet and couldn’t do enough to help and the problems with the hostel seemed to be out of her control. These were as followed.. 1 Lack of security. I was initially given a room next to the stairs with a window that slid open with no access to a lock. This was particularly unnerving as the hostel had construction workers for the duration of my stay. 2 Persistent noise from construction workers 3 Electric shocks from the showers- so dangerous.
