The only problem I had was that it was easy to come in and out of the Hostal without being noticed, and anyone could have easily come in off the street during the daytime hours. Front desk was not always staffed, so anyone could walk in. Everything else was good. The place was clean, everyone was friendly, and I enjoyed my stay.

I got a private room. Bathroom was broken. TV didn't worked well. The room was very hot and the staff wasn't very helpful. It wasn't awful but wasn't good either.

Woman who greeted us was miserable. We were in the large dorm sharing 2 toilets/2 showers. 1 toilet didn’t flush, other had no toilet paper, & bin was not emptied in the entire 2 days we were there. Beds weren’t made & we weren’t told to make them. So we got to our beds & had to make them in the dark while everyone was asleep. Apparently there’s a curfew for guests & staff. Had to do some work & were told all the lights will go out. Once the lights were off the security slept on the couch.

Nice room and decent bathroom. The interior courtyard is lovely but you just won’t want to spend any time here at all. Completely dead, no atmosphere or people, no drinks allowed. The breakfast isn’t great. If you’re just looking for a bed in a handy location, it’s perfectly good though.

The Location of the Hostel Is really nice and the building itself Is beautiful, the staff was Nice, too. I was the only Person in the 18-bed Dorm, for the breakfast were two more older couples. So I would Not recomend it for solo travelers, you probably feel a bit lonely There. The bathroom looked like it was Not cleaned for a Long time and I asked for the egg without bacon for the breakfast, what was Not possible..

Rooms have no ventilation. There's no hostel vibe and you won't meet fellow travelers here. Looks better in the photos

This hostel looks nothing like the pictures. Don’t be fooled. Even the private rooms are terrifying. If you like the smell of Lysol and freezing cold showers maybe this place is for you. It’s located on a busy street that doesn’t seem safe. It was basically empty and staff was extremely unfriendly. They didn’t offer a map or even show us to our room. Book a hotel this time. Period. If this is the best rated hostel in Puebla... avoid at all costs. You won’t meet anyone here.
