La Reyna was in a good location with nice staff. Rooms are little basic, but the top floor view makes it all worth it!

Perfect place if you're looking to spleep in a decent place for a fair price and very well located. The staff is very friendly, my friend and I arrived at 4:30 am while our check in time was until 13:00 pm and they allowed us to do a very early check in without any extra cost! :)

Such a lovely hostel, more like a little hotel, in an amazing location! Only a couple of minutes walk from all the main sights. The staff are incredibly helpful and will do anything to help. Really good security and 24/7 reception. The whole hostel is incredibly clean, our room was amazing and had a view of the monastery and our own private balcony. The showers are hot and have really good pressure. Nice free breakfast every morning. Everything is really flexible and easy here.

We had a private room on the top floor with the most amazing views over the city! We stayed twice and although the first time we had no hot water or clean towels, the second time we had both so all good.

Good, quiet place. Staff do not speak English but are accommodating. Good location near center square. When we arrived, our room had a bad smell so they moved us to a better room, no questions asked.

Quiet place to stay very close to the city center. The room was clean and the shower was warm. You will need to be able to speak spanish if you want to ask for advice or help from the front desk staff.

Our double room was on the fourth level and had amazing views, really spacious and good to chill out. Only negatives were the staff having very limited English (became a problem during checkout), the spotty WIFI and the very loud Clubs two doors down the road. Would stay again.

    Very Good

The staff member has to buzz you in through the front door, but when I arrived, the staff member wasn't there. I was on the street for 15 minutes googling other hostels nearby, when he finally came running up. I was worried every time I went out that the situation might reoccur. Otherwise a decent place. More like an inexpensive hotel than a what we typically think of as a hostel. It's mostly private rooms, and the shared spaces are perfunctory: simply a breakfast area in the lobby
