I loved this place! Clean, quiet, and in a good location. The hostel itself is in a refurbished, traditional alpine home. The rooms are very nice and smelled like fresh linen.Good spread for breakfast and very affordable. 6 mins from bus/train stop. About 15 mins to some really beautiful hiking. You could spend two weeks there and hike a new part of the mountains each day. The staff are very helpful. Bald guy is a little cantankerous, but in a funny way. Hope to return someday!

    Very Good

This hostel is in the perfect location and is very well maintained and looked after. The hostel was always clean and I felt welcome. However there is no kitchen to prepare your own food or a bar for socialising in the evening. There was lockers available but no idea on how to get the keys and it was not discussed. I decided to stay an extra night as the hostel was in such an easy spot to explore the area. Would recommend but don't expect a lively hostel.

Could use organized hikes or activities to make it more social. Evening activities too. Seemed to be a place for kids groups.

    Good

Location was nice and close to supermarkets, restaurants, olympic stadium, and easily accessible for the Parks. Reception lady when we arrived was very nice and helpful. Beds were not very comfy. Showers not practical at all and kinda dirty (the shower head was halfway on the wall - hard to wash your hair - and it left a big puddle of water on the floor.) At once there was no more toilet paper and the floors where very dirty. Parking was available but not practical.

My main issue is with the man that works the front desk. I was in the lobby trying to message my friend to let her know I was leaving the hostel when he made stop to check out because "people need my bed". The room I was in wasn't full and I still had 3 hours to checkout. It was 7am. After, I continued my message to my friend when he made me wait outside in the rain for my taxi with my luggage because "I wasn't paying anymore". I'm a young woman travelling alone. The bathrooms smell like urine.
