We were completely satisfied with our experience and would stay here again in the future. The low price was the best part.

The only few problems was the reception desk had nothing that said Hostel Andrew. The build said it outside, but then I wondered the ground level and the o e desk was for some other hotel. I waiting and waiting and keep thinking, Finally the guy behind the desk clarified I was in the right spot. His English was no good, and I was upset I had to pay 5euro for the key and I didn’t get that back. It should be a security deposit you get back when you return the key.

Its better if you could make the check in time little bit flexible. It will be good if you put a lock in the door of every room and give the key to us. Then I can strongly reccommend to everyone.

Lovely little flat, a little hard to find but if you look for Hotel Corallo and go to that reception you’ll find it. Had everything you needed and separate toilet and shower. Although, shower was cold one morning but apart from that all good😁

Extremely basic hostel with basic facilities. Hostel is an apartment inside of a hotel building. When searching for the hotel, google map your final destination to Hotel Corallo. They do not accept credit cards of any kind, only cash. They are falsely advertising they accept cards on their Hostel world profile. If you stay in the multi person room and it is full you will not have any space or privacy. Luckily, I was the only person in the room during my stay. I would not stay here again.

It was terrible, as they ignored the deposit I paid on the website and they demanded the payment according to this. I couldn't even argue with them, because they couldn't speak English.

We were really disappointed with Hostel Andrew. We rent a privet twin room. Our room hadn't got any window(!!), it was dark, dirty and smelly. It wasn't our first time in a hostel we didn't expect a castle but I think to have a window (at least) it't not an "extra" wish. The man in the reception desk only spoke italian so it was quite hard to communicate. Very bad experience.
