Great staff and friendly people staying there. I easily formed a group to go hiking to see the waterfalls. The staff arranged and walked me to a local Hammam. It was a great experience.

Hostel with really good value for money. The room was nice, with comfy beds. The shower was also good, but some people complained about not having hot water. Not enough bathrooms: one on the ground floor and one on the 3 floor. The breakfast wasn't that worthy, there are better alternatives if you go out. They have a terrace with a really nice view of the city where you can chill. The location is perfect, inside the medina and close to everything. I recommend it.

Nice hostel for a couple nights to stay in the center, superb location! The rooms and the bathrooms are clean. We had a room with privat bathroom but the communal bathroom were nice and clean too. Christian our host was very nice and helpful, always with smile on his face. I can not say the same about the older lady who made the breakfast for us...she was quite rude with all of guests, she seemed to be very bored and tired of her job. Except this, Baraka is a nice hotel, recommended!

The hostel is just a short walk from the bus station and the main part of the town. The vibe was nice, they looked to have a good breakfast selection as well as wine and beer for sale. The bathrooms were very clean and the showers were spacious with very hot water! The only thing that was a bit off was that our room (private room) didn’t lock properly. When I told the worker about it she didn’t offer a solution more than “we have cameras”. So if you’re big on security like me, beware of this.

Issues with hot water, and it was a little sketch to me locked inside with no fire escape at night...with the volunteer 'employees' (aka the only ones with keys) sleeping on the top floor...all in all decent place for a decent price but not much more than that.

A decent hostel overall. Staff was nice. Rooms very small. My first night was chaotic, Couldn't sleep coz of bed bugs. Ended up covering myself with jeans and sweater in bed. Then things went better. Next day, I informed the owner. Good thing, she immidiately shut the room. Bad thing, she couldn't admit the bugs were in the bed and kept saying they were from our bags. She pushed us to leave our bags in plastic bags on the terrace.. We never had bugs anywhere else, The bugs were in the bed!!!

Staff is unabashedly rude and the passive aggressive signs left around the hostel are off-putting to say the least.
