Perfect location, but the dorm was very, very small and stuffy (no ac). We didn't feel very comfortable in the bathroom also as it was quite small, too, what would be fine if it was clean. It wasn't extremely dirty, but there were spider webs and all in all it was not clean. This Hostel is okay to stay, if you pay around 9$ (like we did), but around easter the price was 15$ per night, which is way too much! We changed hostel then for the same price and had a way better experience.

Let me start with the negative: The facilities were not the cleanest, staff was not always on top of things such as replacing toilet paper, and there was no hot water to shower with (at least during our stay). The private tent option was also a mixed experience given that the tent was pretty beat up and no blankets were given for sleeping. That being said, the staff was pretty friendly, and the location was AWESOME - Right in the middle of town. Made it worth the beat up facilities.

The location is great. Staff are friendly, albeit a bit disorganized. Kitchen and showers work fine, but are not very clean. Common spaces are ok but musty. This is a decent stay for a weekend with no frills, but I wouldn't recommend it for more than a weekend stay. This place needs to fix its bedbug problem. My group woke up with dozens of bites on us. I wouldn't rule out staying at this hostel because it happens, but it definitely needs to be addressed.

Very below average hostel, there are lots of other in the area apparently loads nicer don’t book online just turn up instead and avoid this place. Horrible, damp, smelly over crowded dorm. Got destroyed by mosquitos. Very dirty a cockroach ran up my leg when I went to the toilet in the night. Would never stay again or recommend to anyone.

This is the first hostel I have stayed at the never had soap in the bathroom. The staff were unhelpful when it came to doing things in the area (outside of partying). Some members of the staff told me it was okay to leave my stuff there during my last day and give my key back late since I would be out early, but then the woman on duty when I got back to collect my stuff and give my key back made it seem like I was going to need to pay an extra fee or nigh for doing this.

I opened the door to my room and was met with two coackroaches. One alive one dead. The smell outside was unbreathable, and it filled the room to the point we couldn't sleep. There were 2 bathrooms for the whole hotel, and with one clogged there was only one left. Only cold shower water #NotSurprised. The kitchen had very little utensils and 2 stovetops didn't work. I have never stayed at such a horrible place, dirty, horrible smell, and poor facilities. I do not recommend this hostel at all.

This was a horrible experience. The room was super cramped, musty and unkept. Staff was neither helpful or unhelpful- it was hard to tell who was working there or not. There were just two toilets for everyone staying at the hostel and 1 sink. You had to pay for drinking water. There were fleas in the sheets and no screens in the common room so if you wanted to socialize you got attacked my mosquitos. Overall it was a very unenjoyable experience and I would never recommend this hostel to anyone.

The worst hostel experience we’ve ever had. Couldn’t enter us in system after we booked through hostel world. No one had a clue. Booked a private room... it was a shed with used sheets. They replaced the sheets, and those sheets were DNA stained. After we saw the cockroaches we left the property. We paid $75 Canadian for a room that was so disgusting we left after an hour of being there. We chose to sleep in our rental car because it was better then this cesspool. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
