Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card 4 weeks prior to arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy

Additional Terms and Conditions

We actually cater to groups, so you would be most welcome and well taken care of.

I don't want to over sell it, as hostels are modest, but here's the basic information you're looking for, as well as answers to your questions:

1. We have about 150 beds & yes, we can accommodate your group.
2. If you have room in your itinerary, I can advise on some tourism activities as well as local-known-only interests.

In order to accommodate a group your size, we need to turn off bed availability to all others. This means we would be committed to your group, turning away business to others, so we need an up front deposit of 25% of the balance of the beds you want held.

Cancellation policy:

The beds can be reserved immediately. Balance is due 30 days before arrival date (exceptions may be made with manager).

The 25% deposit paid can be refunded as follows:

Full amount is refundable up to 30 days before arrival date minus 15% processing fee. After this time and date, 50% of the deposit can be refunded up to 14 days before arrival date. After this time and date the balance is non-refundable.

I need to know some things about the group too.

1. How many males
2. How many females
3. Age range
4. Do you have special needs (disabled facilities)

The following group types are not accepted by this hostel: Junior / Primary School If you have misrepresented the type of group you are booking for, your booking may be cancelled by the hostel."

Additional Info:

Balance due in advance via money wire to bank

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

Who goes to Vegas and stays at a hostel? Seriously though, WTF.. I booked last minute because I couldn't find a hotel deal. However I am super, super impressed with my stay! Comfortable, inclusive, and secure space about 10 min drive from the main strip. Cozy beds, friendly staff and STUNNING courtyard. Definitely staying here again :) ps: the hostel is in the arts district which is home to some experiencing homelessness. Clark County needs to reinvest in its PEOPLE and NOT more police.

    Fabulous

I stayed in this hostel for just one night on a two-day road trip. I enjoyed my short stay - the bed was comfortable and had privacy curtains which are always appreciated. There were lockers in the room, and the en-suite bathroom was clean. I didn’t hang out at the hostel but there was an amazing courtyard that I’m sure would be a great place to meet people. I don’t think you can walk many places but was told the bus is easy. I would recommend and I will keep this hostel in mind for the future.

BEWARE!! Yes it’s a Great hostel (will stay again!) Amazing staff. Nice outdoor space. BUT THE PRICING is much more due to NV fees & taxes. No fault of the hostel other than it not being as clearly explained as it could have been (in our opinion). With the fees & taxes the room was another 50% on top of what the hostel was charging. Total cost for 2 beds was $258 for 3 nights. Amount owed with fees $387! This hurt our budget alot. This is ONLY so people know & arent surprised like we were.

    Fabulous

Pros: the space is lovely, it looks like something out of a story book, the lawns are perfectly manicured, very tidy, all the bunks had privacy curtains w/white boards put up at the end of the bunks NO light that would come into your space, if you had the curtain closed, which was great, each little bungalow had a bathroom, so you never had to share, toilet with no more than 6 ppl. Cons: they rent to locals, my bunkmate had been there for 4 months. no hostel feel, felt like a boarding house.

Located right next to a strip club. So it feels a little bit sketchy. A lot of people in the hostel were working in the area and staying there for cheap. Parking lot felt sketchy. Nice gathering area in the hostel lawn and staff was nice. Good curtains lights and charging options in the bedroom.

Overall the hostel was okay. I would say the space was nice, the atmosphere was kinda quiet, it's not really close to downtown. However, I liked that the beds have curtains for better privacy and a reading lamp which was nice. I didn't use the kitchen and any other facility but it looks good. Good security.

I would give it less than 6 because of value and confusion. I don't care if a Hostel is in Vegas, New York, or anywhere should cost $100 a night. That's a Hotel

Everyone in my dorm was woken up by a guy who brought a portable speaker into the washroom and played his music extremely loud starting at 7am. This person proceeded to stomp around the room and slam things around until everyone had woken up, at which point he said he likes to kill people. When my friend and I told the front desk staff about this, she did not seem to care at all and even had the audacity to ask if I knew his name… like no? But you do because you have his booking info? terrible!!
