You find dity stairs as you enter, which is iff putting. Otherwise the place clean. Towel charges on are not on website -they are 5 &7 euros -I mentioned this ommision to staff who said price did not need mentioning. I went in toom at 6.30 PM and said hello to the 5 roommates who ignored me. The mattress was thick and comfortable but difficult to make the bed. Other than this e place is fine and very well located and very close to Rijks Museum and van Gogh, Moco etc. Good value but not fun.

We got super lost trying to find the hostel on the first because the tram was down for the day because of some soccer thing, but besides that we had a great stay. We loved the neighborhood. I really loved that y’all have a female only dorm it made us feel better about staying in a hostel and was one of the main reasons I booked with y’all.

    Very Good

The hostel is located in a quiet street near the big museums, and about 15/20 minutes walk to the centre. The staff were quite nice and the reception is open 24 hours. The place itself is quite small, just one shower per floor, and the room was also small, for space just for the beds and a little table, not too bad really, the only bad thing was that the room was extremely hot, making it really difficult to sleep, even though it wasn't very hot outside (always less than 18 degrees at night).

Quite clean, nice staff, but smallish rooms and a tiny common room not even with a microwave. Good for one or two nights if you are happy eating out.

Nothing spectacular. You have to climb up some stairs before reaching the reception and when you do get there, there's a weird smell. I was in the shared female dorm room, and there wasn't a ladder to climb up the top bunk. I couldn't even use the stool they provided because I got there late at night and the girl in the bottom bunk had her stuff on the stool. You also have to set up the bed sheet yourself which is fine because they're clean .. but when it's late and you're at the top bunk .. lol

Genuinely this place is just not worth your money. There are hidden fees everywhere (like no towels in the rooms, you have to pay for a towel), and the place itself is grimy, cramped, and smells like mold. Only thing it was great for was the location. Won’t be booking again

No space in rooms or toilets, staff weren't helpful, toilets/bathrooms were dirty throughout the day (including right after "cleaning) , inadequate locker storage, earlier checkout time (10AM) than the majority of hostels, no common room despite advertising as such. Location is equally far from Amstelstation and Centraal Station so equally inconvenient.
