It was a very nice hostel. The location wasn’t probably the best, but you could go anyway with tram. Other than that, everything else was pretty good. Would stay there again :))

The staff was great and place is clean. Then only thing that bothered me: people staying in the hostel are stealing food (happened to me 2x and another guest). So people that the hostel attracts might not be the best.

Good location in a quiet area, the subway and the trams and a Tesco express (open: 6-23h) are in 5-7 min walk. The beds could be better. Though the kitchen had a microwave oven, 6 out of 6 plates were non microwaveable (had gold rims), so i couldn't use the microwave oven because of this (yes, i tried, it sparkled as expected), get proper ones instead of those.

The place calls retro, but is just old and not actually vintage. But the hostel itself is nice. It was kept clean and most of the stuff is well-preserved even if they are old. It is not in the city centre (which is also a bonus because where the hostel is really chill and calm without being too far from the centre), but it is close enough, well-connected with different options of trams just around the corner. Many restaurants and cafés close to it. Good price-quality ratio and I'd go back

    Very Good

Hostel Dakura was a cute place to stay! It was slightly out of the main downtown areas of Prague but it was nice to see another area of the city, rather than just the touristy places. The location was alright, about a 5-7 minute walk from a metro station and in a safe looking neighborhood. However, if I were to return I would probably choose a location closer to the city center. The staff was friendly and we used a translator app to communicate which was helpful :)

Unfriendly staff. They never told us we needed a code to open the door after hours. There is a sign by the door with different phone numbers but no one answered. After being outdoors like for 15 min my husband spotted a sign through the window with the password. I would not recommend it nor would I go back either

Completely overpriced for a monday and tuesday night, arrogant staff member who passed me on the street who seen me and didnt even acknowledge me after we had just chatted in the hostel, Just shows how fake he was pretending he cared about his guests. This review is for you.
