General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card ???? Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

The following group types are not accepted by this hostel: Holiday with Friends, Junior / Primary School, High / Secondary School, College / University, Business Trip, Stag/Hen/Bachelor Party, Sports Group, Cultural Group If you have misrepresented the type of group you are booking for, your booking may be cancelled by the hostel."

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

Property Description

Choosing accommodation one of the most important criteria is location. Hostel El Nido is located in the very heart of the Nida center, right on the main promenade along the Curonian lagoon, where you will find the most gorgeous views in the area.

We offer our guests various types of accommodation: from bed only to private rooms. Are you thinking about Wi-Fi, games, barbecue, and active rest? Yes, we have it all. Cozy yard will offer you relaxation with your friends or family, nearby our partners will offer you active water and outdoor entertainments. Moreover, if you have headache, because you have no idea what to do with your pet while you are out for holidays. Don’t think about it, let your family member enjoy holidays with you – we are pet-friendly hostel.

We would be more than happy to be part of your holidays. Let’s create summer miracle together!


Hostel El Nido Policies and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 14 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 21:00.
Check out before 11:00.
Reception works from 9.00 to 21.00.
In case of leaving after 11:00 am, but earlier than 6:00 pm, the guest is obliged to pay additionally the half (50%) of one night’s stay price. Departing after 6:00pm, obliges the guest to pay the whole (100%) price of one night’s stay.

Money paid for the accommodation is not refunded, if the guest departs earlier than arranged.


Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards. The hostel may pre-authorise your card before your arrival.

Taxes included.

Breakfast not included.

We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age. No children are allowed and we are not responsible for guests that are under-age.

Non smoking.

No curfew.

Pet-friendly private rooms.
Pets are allowed in the hostel (except of the occasions when the guest with a pet stays in a dormitory-type room and has not booked all the room). The guest has to pay a deposit of 15 EUR for a pet and undertake maintaining the cleanness of the accommodation. The deposit payment is returned only if no damage is made by a pet.



Guests can enter and spend time in all the recreation areas of the hostel and use all the shared facilities for no extra payment. If some damage is made, the person who has booked the accommodation is responsible for it.

The lessor has the right not to allow the undesirable to enter the hostel.

We recommend to keep expensive things, money, documents and other valuables in the lockers near the administration table. The deposit for the key is 5 EUR. The lessor does not carry the responsibility for the property left unsafely in the rooms or shared hotel areas.


OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS


The responsibility for the children’s behavior, safety or any damage made by them is carried by their parents or other people committed for their care.
The administration has the right to demand a guest leave earlier than arranged if the guest harshly violates the Lessor’s Internal and Safety Rules. The guest must recompense for the damage made.

IN THE GUESTHOUSE IT IS FORBIDDEN
Moving the furniture (without the permission of the administration).
Keeping easily inflammable materials in the rooms.
Damaging the facilities.
Inhabiting more people in the room than it is indicated.
Leaving electric appliances turned on.
Utilizing electric appliances, except for the cases when the appliances are borrowed from the administration and the administration is informed about that in advance (it is allowed to use computer, telephone chargers, razors, hairdryers).
Listening to loud music, making noise or disturbing other guests or the staff by unacceptable behaviour.
Making noise and not allowing others to sleep at night time (11:00pm – 8:00am).
Smoking in the rooms and balconies. The fine for smoking is 50 EUR. Fire protection alarm systems are installed for your safety in all the rooms.
Leaving children under 12 years old alone in the rooms.
Bringing extraneous people to the guesthouse without informing the administration.
Bringing life-threatening instruments, devices or guns to the territory of the guesthouse.

GUESTS MUST
Obey the Lessor’s Internal and Safety Rules, general terms and conditions, fire protection and safety in the water rules.
Once entering the room, check the inventor.
Inform the administration about the damaged and not working equipment.
Return the key of the room to the administrator after making sure that it was accounted for the services.
Recompense for all the material damage made by the guests or the people they have invited.
When leaving the room, assure that all the electric appliances (computers, lamps etc.) and water taps are turned off properly.
When leaving the room, assure that it is safely locked, the windows and balcony doors are closed.
Inform the administration about any spoilage noticed.
Recompense for a lost key (10 EUR).
In case of emergency, immediately call 112 (general telephone number for help in Lithuania) and inform the administration by calling +370 670 13245. The number 112 is for calling out the police, firefighters and ambulance. First aid kit can be found in the reception

CARE OF THE GUESTHOUSE AND SERVICE OF THE GUESTS
Premises, equipment, furniture and linens must be neat and tidy.
The staff may do minor repair of the premises and inventor, while not disturbing the guests.
The administration is open 24/7. If the administration is not present in the reception, please call on the number +370 670 13245.
On purpose of ensuring the safety in the guesthouse, the administration has the right to enter the accommodated rooms.
If any items are left in the room after departure of the guests, the administration returns them to the owner if possible. If the owner is not found, the items are kept in the reception for one month.
Linens might be changed at least once in five days (for long term rent).
Towels might be changed every two days. Please ask the administration for changing the towel if it is needed.
If the administration detects any criminal activity of the guests (any activity disobedient with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania), the administration appeals to the competent instances. View House Rules

    Amazing hostel and super friendly staff. They let me use the facilities even after checkout. Perfect location for beach, restaurants, cafes and biking around in places where there is no one and you meet amazing people in this hotel easily.

    It is a very nice place, I only would add some other toilet... only 1 for 8-beds-room is not enough... :-( Also kitchen opens late in case you want to have breakfast early morning. Apart from this, it´´´ is a very good place and I will recommend it :-)

    Even if rhe hostel was full it did not seem that way, it was quiet and calm. The only common area is outside, maibe do to convid, lucky the weather was good. The kitchen is small but well stockt. Only complaint is that the rom was not vacuumed or washed the 3 days I stayed, and even if the bathroom was in our doorm everybody went inn with shoos on and the floor became sandy and disgusting. The staff was very friendly and helpful, took they're time to talk to all the guests.

    We stayed 1 night in a private room. Room was clean and looked exactly like in the pictures. The staff was helpful and friendly. The place does not have a parking spot which was inconvenient, but the staff was able to guide us to a cheap parking spot nearby. Everything worked smoothly.

    Its very beautifully located, right next to the lagoon just by the bus station. The rooms are okay, bathroom in the room was so-so but much better to use the common shower downstairs. The kitchen is small and poorly equipped, and closes at 9 in the evening. No common room to eat in, you have to sit outside and fend off all the insects that want to have a bite of your food. Other than that its okay to stay in for a couple of nights. I might come again, because of its location.
