Location was good. Staff was very friendly. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was included. I really liked the style of this place. Also, I really liked the spacious beds covered by a curtain. It felt like a Japanese capsule hotel. Will stay again when I go back to Brussels. Tip: bring your own padlock.

I was only there a day, the receptionist is such a lovely guy. It’s not in the centre but it’s not far from the centre, which is in some aspects better. There is also free breakfast included and it’s really nice! The beds are nice and comfy, with curtains which is always great. I can’t really fault the hostel! The price is also great. Thank you so much, wish I knew the receptionist name, but will stay there again when I’m back in Brussels!

Such a comfortable place to stay. Having your own little hidey hole in the dorm was really nice, the place was extremely clean and the breakfast was incredible

Pros: Substantially excellent breakfast, amazing 24 hr front desk staff, superbly comfortable beds and large wooden lockers, good luggage storage facilities, privacy curtains, quick 10-15 min walk from the subway. Cons: 6 dorm female shower took forever to drain, was a little out of the main part of Brussels (about a 20-25 min easy walk) but there’s a small square right in front that hosted a “Savage Carnival” with food places and coffee shops nearby. All in all, great value for the money.

Really loved this place! I stayed in a shared 6 female dormitory and the decor is really cute. Great location, close to the centre and right by a big flea market which makes it fun. The wifi isn't great in the rooms, cuts in and out a lot. But the beds are comfortable and clean, the set-up of the room is cool with the bathroom underneath. Staff is friendly and breakfast is reasonable! Would definitely stay again!

I arrived late at night (around 23.00) and they could not take my 50 EUR bill to pay for the room, I had to wait quite long for them to try to get change, which didn't work, then they pulled it off my Swiss credit card in the end, which is costing me EUR 5.- each time. How can the staff that is checking-in and charging guests not have change...? weird, and I'm not too happy about it, but they were friendly.

I only stayed here for one night, but it was good. Room was nice, had an ensuite bathroom. Was more like a hotel than a hostel, not much of a social common area. Has free breakfast, but I left early, so don't know what that is like. The staff were nice, good location (although slightly sketchy) - right across the street from a huge daily flea market, 10 mins walk to centre.

The location was great. Right next to a lot of restaurants and a flea market. Not that far of a walk to the central area either. Bathrooms were a bit dirty looking and old, same with the rooms.

The staff was very rude upon our arrival. I was asking questions and instead of answering them the staff brushed me off and didn’t answer anything. The facilities were not clean. The shower had bugs and chunks of mold in the corners. The location isn’t great and far from city center. Only stayed 1 of the 2 nights and ended up spending additional money to get a hotel and was not refunded for the night that we didn’t stay. No management was present to address our concerns.

I took several issues with this hostel the first being upon arrival we were treated very poorly by the front desk staff. The man at the front desk was very dismissive when we asked questions about the hostel and my companion and I's room arrangements. Which we only had questions because we were being offered something other than what we had initially booked with no explanation. Then in our rooms we found the guest quarters to be extremely low quality leaving us to rebook a hotel with no refund.
