The hostel itself is really clean, has everything one needs for a few nights stay. I like the old fashioned nature of the place, and a toilet I’ve not seen for years. I gave this hostel the maximum points, because I slept really well every night, and it’s very quiet in the evenings. The area isn’t the best, which suits my style of street photography. There is a mixed friendly community, with plenty of food shops that sells mainly Turkish food. Th

You need some effort to search for the place as it doesn't have any signboard, only a tiny label hostel. The room itself are clean and tidy. The only concern is safety at night as it is in the dark alley. Otherwise it is a good place to stay.

Located close to Goetheplatz, the position is ok. You can reach Kröpcke, the city center, in 10 mins with the ubahn. The landlord is very cordial and friendly and for further question she's always at disposal. I dislike the beds without sheet, so one night sleeping is enough. Then the are doesn't look a good one, but for the rest it was a nice experience.

It's not a typical hostel, it feels more like visiting a relative (which is not a bad thing, just different than a regular hostel). The bunk beds are quite funny - super low, so if you happen to wake up rapidly during the night, take the upper one or else you'll hit your head :p The hostel is located about 15 mins on foot from the center, it's pretty clean and quiet. The owner is nice, but apart from her, I didn't see any other stuff. In general, it's a good place to stay.

The place was cozy and comfortable. I didn’t expect it to be such an independent establishment. You have to pay the full amount in cash. The internet was at times inconsistent (especially in the bedroom, it barely worked) and the top bunk is very close to the bottom bunk. You have to ’side saddle’ the toilet in the bathroom as there is no room for your legs, but there is a larger WC downstairs. At times it felt a little creepy but the owner is friendly and I was lucky to have lovely roommates.

I really didn’t like this place. The area didn’t feel safe and the hostel is hardly marked. The lady tried to get a 50€ cash deposit from me for the key, which I couldn’t give because I didn’t have. Linen is an extra fee but it’s not required which is unhygienic. There’s a kitchen to be used only as a tea kitchen, with no tea and hardly any cups. Nowhere to heat up food. It’s very quiet inside and the beds are comfy, but I only stayed because there was no other option. It’s way overpriced too.
