    Superb

I stayed 3 nights in March 2020 and was made very welcome. A member of staff called DANISA was very, very helpful to me. I live in the UK and planned to stay in Argentina for 2 weeks. However, on Tues. 17th March I received urgent messages to return to the UK immediately. I have no Spanish so Danisa spent 90 mins. searching for flights so I could return. She found me 3 flights (via San Paulo and A'dam) and was VERY PATIENT, KIND AND TRUSTWORTHY. I left immediately. I was MOST GRATEFUL. I

You get what you pay for. Great hostel for a short stay. You have everything you need. Equipment for cooking is incomplete, so it was quite an adventure to fry some eggs with an old pan and a plastic spoon haha. The rooms are big enough and clean. Here and there it needs some repair...but that's just little details. The staff is great, the atmosphere is nice and everything is near enough to walk. It can be loud on weekends but I think there's no difference to other hostels. I'd come back.

Cheapest hostel I found, great breakfast included - one of the best I’ve had with a hostel so far! Facilities like pool and pool table are good. Kitchen facilities not great and the bathrooms weren’t that clean - water in the shower doesn’t drain. Staff were the best part, all are friendly and helpful, also good reasonably priced tours. It’s good value for money and not far to walk from town.

Place is not bad, breakfast as well. It's a pretty big place with pool bilard table etc. Wifi is pretty bad especially in rooms located at the end of the hostel. Some rooms have air conditioning other not.

    Fabulous

Generally a pretty solid place with a good vibe, helpful staff, nice places to chill. Not super clean, but that's kind of the shtick. I had only a couple problems: the internet was spotty; not fast enough to use for video chat and did not reach the room. I'm not sure if a previous occupant smoked in the room or it came in through the window to the patio, but my room smelt of cigarettes. Lastly, the staff would put on loud music at around 6:30 and it woke me up every morning.

    Fabulous

Ridiculously cheap hostel and includes a very good breakfast for the price. Girl on front desk was lovely. Kinda grungy as you’d expect from a party hostel but not much of a party vibe on the night we stayed, obviously this is just luck of the draw. Beds some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in with graffiti and sheets that come off in seconds. Super run down sticky vibe.

    Very Good

    22 Feb 2020
Hostel is located in a quiet safe neighbourhood about 15-20 minute walk from the main plaza. The room was basic, sheets were very old and stained and the toilet in the room was constantly running therefore didn’t flush, and staff didn’t fix when notified. Aside from this the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the atmosphere of the hostel is not very social for a solo traveller, didnt really have a backpacker vibe.

    Very Good

Really frustrating stay for the smallest reasons. There's only one key per room, and you have to go down to the desk to get it every time to enter your room of no one is already in there. -I once had to wait 5 minutes for the person there to come back so they could give me the key to enter my own room. The kitchen had only one frying pan for everyone to use, and there were no large sharp knives for preparing food, only small little weak ones. Other than that things were fine.

    Good

    08 Feb 2020
The big problem with my stay here was that my room had bed bugs and I got completely riddled with bites, approx 200 bites in total, putting me in extreme discomfort. I notified the staff member at checkout regarding this and all I got was 'I'll get the cleaners to check this'. I then emailed the hostel when I got to my next destination asking for a full or partial refund due to this issue and I never even got a reply!!! Terrible customer service and a complete lack of care for what happened.

The pool was nice, other than that the kitchen was a disaster, the staff was ok but did not seem to know what tours they were selling (we were sold a "High Mountain" tour which was basically the worst tour I've been to where we did not see a single mountain and were basically scammed), or did not care about telling you what they were selling. Also the room we stayed at was next to a yard and, although there was no one there at night, they played music all night long.
