The owners were super nice and helpful, and they have a huge labrador that is so sweet and just wants belly rubs :) The location is a 5 min walk from the old town area, which is great. It was a very quiet hostel, so if that's what you are looking for it's great, otherwise not very many people hanging out.

This hostel is in a great location, with the main tourist attractions in the old town only a 5 minute walk away. The host family were incredibly welcoming and even helped me print off my bus ticket which was good of them:) good place to chill out, especially if you like big dogs, however probably not the best if you're looking for a more social atmosphere as this hostel is pretty quiet. Overall, good value for my 3 nights, just maybe consider somewhere else if you want to party

    Very Good

Had a comfortable sleep here due to the small dorms and quiet nature of the hostel. One problem was that some staff stayed up super late and kept the lights on, which would come through these high windows near the ceiling. Finding the hostel was difficult too as there is no sign in the gate at all. Still, for a quite spot in the suburbs I would recommend it.

    Very Good

Stayed one night as hostel we were in was too full to extend stay. Room size is good, it is a quiet, sleepy hostel. The bathroom facilities aren't good, shower I used just had a curtain and not its own room, people could just walk by to the toilet so made getting ready an awkward, panicked rush. Place just needs a bit more attention and thought to elevate it up to a higher level and a better experience for travellers.

Stayed here for three nights, two of which I was the only guest. It’s a good place to crash but has a strange atmosphere, advise against this place for solo travelers

Secure, and only 10mins walk from downtown. However, this place wasn’t cleaned, and didn’t have a welcoming atmosphere. The person working there was the one causing most of the mess. Dishes were piled up in the kitchen and common areas, and the rooms were never cleaned. I don’t expect hostels to be clean, but this was unpleasant. The messiest in 25+ hostels on my trip. There was only 1 private shower, and 2 toilets (one regular, one squat), but only 3 rooms in the house. Also no toilet paper.

The hostel felt more like Couchsurfing and doesn’t feel like a hostel at all because you are practically staying at there house but in a dorm room. My first night the person who runs the place was sitting on the couch talking loudly and the walls are extremely thin. You had no privacy because the door doesn’t lock and they literally made me payfor my stay at 11pm at night when I was settled in bed (they just walked in) I never felt comfortable as it felt like you were staying in their house.
