I had an amazing stay during my time at Hostel Room Aruba. Everything is nearby. This a great for someone who wants to visit Aruba while on a budget, and open minded with meeting new friends.

The hostel could be more spacious and conspicuous. It was hard to find and the taxi driver made me think it was all a scam. However, when I got there the people were nice and I had a good time.

I wouldn't recommend it. It almost seems like they are renting out their extra room to travelers. All facilities are shared with them. Awkard and not so private. And the only other guy staying in the room that night? He is likely in the family that lives there since he was at family meals. Idk if it's staged. It was hard to find and a neighbor had to call them to let me in b/c they didn't answer the door. I had to pay a fee to go to the ATM on my last night since they are cash only. Odd.

We booked to be in the shared room with a locker, however the owner overbooked the hostel. Instead the owner gave my friend & I his room while his wife & him slept in the closet in the room. My friend was very uncomfortable & wanted to switch lodging. The owner was not flexible at all and made us pay for 2 nights even though I only slept there one night. There was not hot water in the hostel. Thee owner was an hour late picking us up from the airport. Ive stayed at quite a few hostels just odd.

It is a very lonely and insecure place, specially at weekends and nights. It is so far away of the beaches and the price is so overrated.

I’ve stayed at quite a few hostels this by far was the worst experience I ever had! This is there home that they rent out to travelers, I came in one night and the family was eating dinner. The service was horrible checkout was at 11am and no one was around for me to checkout I was also told that they would provide a taxi for me to get to the airport, I stayed an extra 2 hrs waiting for someone to show no one ever came, I even called the number they provide via WhatsApp and email no response!

Small accommodation family run from Venezuela, It is not a hostel, Usually there are no employees, no signs. Only one bathroom (shower, washroom, toilet) always busy. Owner made a noisy conversation past 1 o'clock. 20 USD offer for luggage deposit. They detained me before going to the airport. It is an incredible bad experience. They should know professional business. I would recommend other other normal hostels around.
