Had an amazing time. Staff is very friendly and it is a wonderful environment here. If you stay here you should definitely take part in the dinner every night.

The BEST hostel I have ever stayed in. I’ve done my fair share of backpacking/hostels (over a year full time cumulative travel), and this is by far the most positive experience I’ve ever had. Staff were so friendly, everything was SPOTLESSLY CLEAN with great decor, and a very relaxed, chilled atmosphere. Free breakfast was basic but had everything you needed. Was soo cheap as well. Granted, I visited in the off season and the place was pretty empty and the staff had time, but it was so positive!

beautiful hostel in great location near enough if you wanted amazing nightlife but far enough out for more mature visitors to have a lovely stay in peaceful surroundings. The staff were loveley especially meley .....nothing was too much trouble and meley was able to give us ideas and suggestions places to see and eat...........This hostel is immaculate way better than some 3 star hotels.........This was my first experience in a hostel and I'm glad I chose the santini in beautiful prague......

I stayed there in the middle of the week and I'm pretty sure there just wasn't that many people there, so it was a pretty quiet experience. However, the rooms are nice, the bathrooms are weirdly nice (like your rich aunt just updated her bathroom but didn't want to bankrupt herself level of nice), the staff was really helpful, and breakfast is free. I have no complaints whatsoever. It's not in the center of all the tourist sites, but nothing is actually far away.

I had an amazing time at this hostel. The facilities were clean and the staffs were friendly. Because it is during the winter time, it was a little quite. My only complaint about the hostel is that it is a bit far — about 10 minute walk to the city center. Melly was at the reception during my stay, and she is purely amazing. She was engaging and genuinely interested people in the hostel. she is an amazing asset to the hostel and the Prague community. I would love to come back.

The hostel is nicely decorated, really atmospheric, and its well located. From there, it's very easy to find the main attractions in the old town by foot. Staff is friendly and helpful too. Negatives: lack of reading light by the beds; wi-fi doesn't work in the third floor (don't know about the other floors); there was a bit of a draft coming from the windows in my room, making it a bit cold (again, don't know about the other rooms).

Very nice hostel. A little pricey for my taste (the breakfast wasn’t so good, and the matresses sank a little bit). Overall, a good experience for two nights!

Although fit for purpose I found the staff to be very tiresome and hard work. All in all, not terrible but not memorable for positive attributes.
