This hostel is nice, clean, quiet. The twin private room was spacious with a good bathroom and hot water shower. Upstairs terrace area is great to relax and use the computer. Only bad thing is they had almost no selection of beer for sale and outside alcohol is not permitted.

I stayed here the night before and after completing the Quilotoa loop. It was great for that, breakfast included, the staff were very helpful with information on the loop. It was a pretty quiet place, but that was fine for what I needed. Would definitely recommend!

We have a please take experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful with tips on local sites. The location was a 25 min walk to the bus station but a quick walk to the local mall, shops and bakery. The kitchen was clean despite the mess of other guests. Our room was comfortable and good value for our money.

Booked to stay before starting the quilotoa loop. They stored our big bags in secure lockers for $ 0.5 a day which was great. We decided to book a second night with them fr when we returned from the loop and booked this directly with the lady that checked us in. Unfortunately when we got back ready to check in, they had double booked our room and only offered dorm beds at the same price we would have gotten a private ensuite... Shame as the hostel is actually good value for a night.

The owner will try to sell u the trip to cotopaxi and tell you thats the same price that doing it by your own but its not true, we paid half the price by our own, the owner was very missleading on purpose. That was the only bad thing, the rest was nice but because of the volunteers, if not theres no vibe at all.

A good Hostel. But kitchen Facilities are very limited and unfortunately not as clean as expected. Breakfast is not included, it doesn't really state that on the the website page, locker services cost, if you want to leave your luggage there, when going for a hike in the area. Still a good Hostel.

In the whole of South America, this was the worst hostel I’ve every stayed in. It was unwelcoming and filthy. The sheets in the room smelt, no toilet paper or soap on the bathrooms (a common feature to be fair) and the kitchen was filthy. But by far the biggest problem was the breakfast. It gave me the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. The only saving grace of this place are the fantastic bar staff that we’re on in the evening we stayed. So kind and generous. I would not recommend this place.
