Hostel Vagabond was a great place to stay while in Kutaisi, with a central location for cheap prices! Dorms were clean, fast wifi and a chill area to socialise in the evenings! Not a huge hostel but definitely prefer this to other larger hostels which have no real sociable vibe! Mustafa made the stay extremely easy and helped out with everything we could’ve needed! Would definitely stay again!

Spent pleasant afternoon sitting by the river drinking tea, at night l was awakened by a very tall German lad in the next bed who had stuck his feet under my pillow, l actually thought l was dreaming and back home with the wife but no it was a pair of feet...

Nice hostel! Staff seemed a bit weird at the beginning but after some time you see that they are truly nice and helpful. Cool atmosphere! Not very clean though but it’s completely alright if you’re a backpacker and looking for a cheap place :)

It's a nice place and close to cheap & good restaurants. The dorms might be a big too big for the facilities they have. Not much privacy. Would still go back. Easy to meet a lot of people

Can you call it a hostel? I get that Kutaisi doesn’t have the infrastructure yet to cater for tourism but this is as loose as hostels come. Beds stacked everywhere in pretty much every room. We booked a private dorm that had extra beds in but also was a walkway for another dorm. 0 privacy but also no security as people could walk through at any time and no lockers. Bathroom and toilet stank of chemicals so not good. Beds were comfy. I would definitely look for other options next time if possible

OK place for a night or two. Small dorms stuffed with people - though most just pass through. Only two toilets and showers for the whole place. Kitchen a joke. The guys who run the place are a bunch of unprofessional jerks who are more concerned with drinking and picking up young female backpackers then doing any work. Do yourself a favour - stay somewhere else.
