Roberto was really helpful, had lots on information on what to do in Arica and on crossing the border to Tacna. Just us and one other person there while we were staying, so pretty quiet but relaxing. A good pool table and foosball table. Wifi was good downstairs but didn’t really reach our room. Overall a good stay!

Great hostel, comfortable beds and hot showers. Free bikes to ride to the beach which was lovely. The owner was great, super helpful with great advice on the town.

My stay at this hostel was great. Arica is a small town so although it's a bit far from the city center everything you need (grocery stores, stops to taxi colectivos, etc) are nearby. Roberto is a great host and answers any and all questions you may have about the town, what to do, even how to get to other popular destinations from Arica.

Can’t fault the staff here. The owner is a lovely guy and is extremely helpful/informative. The rooms are comfy and clean enough. However, the kitchen and fridges were a bit of a bomb site. A deep clean is more than necessary. That said the owner was short on staff during our stay. I would also be wary if you suffer from epilepsy - flashing lights galore!

The hostel as such is absolutely lovely, and the host Roberto one of the most awesome guys we've met so far :) We've had a double room which was well equipped, clean and tidy. There's buffet breakfast and a kitchen for use, plus Roberto takes a lot of time explaining where to go and what to do around Arica. The only downside is that the hostel is a bit far from the city and the beach, however we always found someone to share a taxi with, so no issues at this end. Can definitely recommend!
