General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card 2 weeks prior to arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy

2 weeks prior to arrival will be charge the 50% of the Payment
1 week prior of the arrival will be charge the 100% of the payment

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

Property Description

The building is fully renovated. The hostel is located on the street Panissars No 5, in a pedestrian way, so the rest is assured. Both, our cleaning products as most of our food are organic. Besides the heating of the water from showers is performed by solar panels.

When you enter the hostel you'll notice a small reception, we wanted to change a little the style of all hostels and hotels, and therefore, you can enjoy 2 different environments (one in the morning and another in afternoon) at the reception itself. Also always find someone from the hostel to help you with whatever you need.

We have a kitchen (fully equipped), where you can enjoy your culinary delights, (we have dishes, silverware, pots and pans).

Check In time:13:00.
Check Out time: 10:00.

Payment upon arrival: Credit cards and cash accepted.
Breakfast is not Included.

    Room is very clean and include bed sheets and locks for free, every beds have curtains so that we can feel private at night, bathrooms are also clean, free wifi, free city map, location just 5 mins walking from metro. Staffs are friendly although they are not speaking very good english.

    Only negative is no english at the reception. Great location to watch the Barcelona match. Else far away from the city center. Showers are a bit difficult to use but they work. Near to metro station, that's a positive.

    The staff who were there at the time of my arrival did not speak English (good to know if you don’t speak Spanish or Catalan language). The lockers in the room were quite weird as you could not use your own lock. There was a key from the hostel that was provided for that. I would have felt safer using my own lock. Also the lamp switch was located outside of the room (in the corridor) which was odd.

    Helpful staff. Bed felt like sleeping on a pile of steel ropes. One of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. Unacceptable.

    Arrival was strenuous considering the staff did not speak English. New English speaking girl was put on the following morning though. Beds were clean and rooms were fine and clean with locker provided. Hostel far from city and travelling costs added up. I would recommend staying closer and paying a bit extra to be in the city.

    Hostel was very close to the Barcelona Sants station which was nice, but there was only one shared toilet for our floor and it was dirty and out of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels for the extent of our stay. Having a locker with a preinstalled lock would have been great if they weren’t incredibly loud and difficult to open/close. Would not stay again.

    Be careful. Check out is at 10am and then you have to pay 3€ for Each Hour! You better don't oversleep as they won't let you go if you don't pay.

    The reception does not speak any English making it difficult to communicate. Not the best location had to pay for the metro every day which added up. Would recommend staying closer.

    Only one toilet for more than 30 people, showers far away from the bedrooms. When we arrived, one of our beds had used covers/blankets. Also at the reception they tried to over-charge us 48 EUR for one night (!) because they claimed they had problems with our credit card and the reservation had been lost. in the end it turned out this was not true, and they did "find" our reservation. However, later on we found out that they over-charged us 2 EUR, and they did not give us a receipt.

    They dont give you a key and get angry for waking you them up when i told them i finish work at 1am. I took some Olive oil that i thought was free and they were cross so i offered to replace it I came back from work at 17h to change hostels and the manager had ROBBED my TABLET and perfume i had in the locker and only the manager has the key. I tried to call the police but they have no cctv in the hostel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
