General Group Booking Terms
By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.
- In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
- The booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
- Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
- Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
- It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
- Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.
Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions
The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card on arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.
Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy
Free cancellation for whole group until three months prior arrival, up to 5 person free of charge until three days before arrival; for later cancellations we chare 80% of entire stay, non arrivals are charged with 100%
Groups are only possible with mainly Triple and Quad-rooms!
Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.
In front of Adler Hotel Dresden you find bus stop No. 64 and 72 - you can reach city centre conveniently by public transport. We are also near the airport, motorway, Dresden Messe, Elbepark-shopping centre; protected parking is available to our guests free of charge.
Comfortable, spacious rooms, most bathrooms with windows. Most rooms are equipped with private bath-tube, including hair-dryer, sattelite-TV, telephone; we got two low-buget-rooms with shasred bath-tub. Economy Sngle-room is very small and does not have phone. Our Economy-Double-room provides twin beds which are not possible to put together. Both low-budget-rooms are located on roof-floor with roof-windows. Sorry but no elevator.
Hotel Adler's Policies & Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 72 hours before arrival.
We prefer generally cash payment. Of course we accept EC-cards, Maestro-cards, Mastercard, VISA and Amex. This property may pre-authorise your card before arrival.
If your room rate is less than EUR 50.00 we charge 3% for credit card-payments.
Check in from 16:00 to 22:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .
Taxes not included - Flexible city tax for city of Dresden which refers to room rate is not included in given rates! This city tax has to be paid in cash at front desk of hotel.
- Less than € 30.00: € 1.00,
- € 30.00 to € 59.99: € 3.00,
- € 60.00 to € 89.99: € 5.00,
- € 90.00 to € 119.99: € 7.00
and so on, whereby the tax rate increases by € 2.00 for every increase in the range of values by € 30.00.
Breakfast not included - 7.50 EUR per person per day.
Because we are a small, private hotel, please be informed about reception-hours: We will be on your duty: Mo,-Fr.: 7:30am til 12am and 4pm til 10pm/ Sat.+Sun+public holidays: 7:30am til 11am and 4pm til 10pm! if you like to check in or out outside of reception hours, please inform us at least one day before arrival! If you do not inform us in time about your late arrival, check-in after 10pm will not be possible. For check-In outside of reception hours code for key-machine is necessary! View House Rules
