General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card 1 week prior to arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy

For the group bookings cancellation policy is that the group organizer must inform at least 25 Days before arrival if the group reservation is 6 months before check-in date
If the Check-in date is next Month group organizer must inform at least 15 Days before arrival
If the Check-in date is Week then group organizer must inform at least 3 Days before arrival
In case of no show 50% will be charged

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

    The hotel was very nice and clean enough as well. The price was quite low so there was nothing fancy but it was more than enough. The air conditioning worked well however it was very difficult to get cold water to come out of the tap to fill up water bottles. The staff was extremely helpful. The terrace was closed due to covid (I believe).

    I booked a private en-suite room here. The room was quite small but perfect for a short stay. Great location very close to main train station and short walking distance from all the sights in Firenze. Good value for money.

    Hotel angélica is a very small and familiar hotel. It's really near to the station and to the main places of Florence. Bed and beddings were ok. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very friendly. The toilet flush was not working properly :(

    We stayed here during a three day city trip. The location is perfect for visiting all of the most important sights by foot. The owner is also really nice and let us drop of our luggage early in the morning after arriving by night-trin at 6am. Beds and facilities are very basic, but it´´´´´´´´´´s fair for the price.

    Shower was ok, room was super hot even if the ac was working all the time (felt more like a fan than ac). Bed was ok. The toilet was making big noise sometimes even if we weren’t using it.

    The manager was very unhelpful and gave us bad service. We had a problem with our booking and didn’t receive the help we expected. The room was not very nice and didn’t even have a window. The room did not look like the pictures. When we had a discussion with the manager, he just left the building instead of talking to us. We do not recommend this hotel.
