Wow what a week I've had with Raj and his family and work family! Cant recommend this place high enough, great value for the service and care you recieve! From the moment Raj picked us up from the bus station to the minute he dropped us off I can only describe feeling like one of his family. This is more of a homestay than hotel. We sit around the fire at night time and listen to great stories and laugh alot! Raj is soo helpful & a genuine guy, clean rooms, lovely garden, great location!

What can I say that hasn’t been said already? Absolutely recommend the place - great value for money, great service, great atmosphere. Raj and his team are professionals of the highest calibre. They take your well-being seriously, either at the hotel or on a jungle walk. Binod was a great guide along with Keeran, they are real experts and will do everything to make sure you come out of the jungle safely. Loved this place.

Incredible experience overall. The staff are very friendly, personable, and helpful when planning park tours. I opted for a 3 day walking tour with my guides Bi and Sunil who were very kind and knowledgeable. Saw several different animals and got to experience a very authentic homestay during the tour. Vehicle service is provided to and from the bus station. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The location is just off the main strip which was nice for quiet and less touristy evenings.

Really great family run guesthouse. The rooms a big and clean with ensuites and balcony's to sit out on in the evening. The food is excellent (one of the best Dal Bhats of our holiday!) 10 minute walk to the main strip which is fine. Raj was very accommodating providing a pick up from the coach station and drop off. The hotel guides are excellent, Binu who took us on a jungle walk really knew his stuff and we felt very safe with him on our jungle walk. Good prices for activities as well!

My friend and I stayed at Hotel Rhino Land for three days and had a great time. The room was clean and the garden was very nice. The staff were really sweet and the owner even drowe around to find a rhino for us since we hadn't seen any in the park. We would highly recommend.

Rhino Land was hands down the best place we stayed in Nepal! The rooms are basic but are clean with everything you need, food is tasty and good value, and the garden is so pretty. However, the staff definitely make this place. Raj is so attentive and easygoing, nothing was too much trouble and he helps everyone out a lot, even down to putting our bags on the bus when we left! The guides are very nice and so knowledgeable - we felt very safe during our jungle walk. Recommended 100%.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Rhino Land definitely recommend for a place to stay in Chitwan. Large rooms, hot showers, spacious chill out areas, great food, helpful staff and amazing tours. Perfect. I did the 2 day walking tour and had the best time, saw so much! My guides were really knowledgeable and had a very very VERY keen eye for any movement in the jungle. And I swear ‘B’ (one of the guides) is half rhino as he seems to have a 6th sense for finding them! Will return again for sure!

    Very Good

In general a neat and spacious place with big rooms away from the main “action” of the town. You need a bicycle to get around. However, the hotel did not seem to have any for rent and was little helpful in renting them. The hotel next door has some though. The presentation of tour booking options was little informative and I decided to book somewhere else. Positive was the unexpected and free pickup from the bus terminal. The mosquito nets are dusty and dirty hanging over the beds, please clean!

    Good

The room was good (clean and bug free) and the location was fine (10 minute walk from town) but Raj was very pushy and downright manipulative about booking their tours. First off, know that he supports elephant chaining. He said "it is the only way to keep people safe from the elephants". Just not true. Second, he lied about the weather forecast to try to get us to book on a rainy day. Once he realized we booked elsewhere he stopped being so friendly and charged us 100rp for the ride to the bus.
