It was very relaxing atmosphere, hammocks in the garden and on the rooftop. Room was clean and cozy, good shower, private balcony with chairs and small table +mountain view. We liked the facilities a lot! Location is quiet and few minutes walk from all the restaurants at the lakeside.

The owners of Hotel Cherry Garden and the beautiful grounds of the property is what makes this place so comfortable and warm! There is greenery and flowers everywhere. Such good energy. We had such a great stay here before our trek to ABC and were so happy to return to stay 2 nights after our trek. The hotel provided the best service and took care of our every need. Even held securely all of our bags and belongings during our 7 day trek in the Himalayas! Highly recommend!

The host gave me a two-bed privateroom instead of a dormroom, that was really nice of him! Comfortable beds, good wifi, friendly staff and clean. Maybe not the place if you really want the supersocial-backpacker thing, but for me that was just lovely. Quiet and nice.

At first I was disappointed as the room was noisy inside the house, but as soon as I mentioned it, I was put into an outside dorm, which in my opinion was way better as it was peaceful and quiet and surrounded by beautiful plants (plus I had the room to myself for 3 nights). Option to be either sociable or quiet, no pressure. Nice family vibe too

A nice hostel with lovely staff and decent location. We stayed here for a week and the owner was very helpful, as well as the hotel being a good value for money if you’re on a budget for your trip.

Easy to find and an easy walk from the tourist bus station. We were in a mixed dorm for 3 and the first one shown to us had obviously not been cleaned since the last guests. The sheets were dirty and we asked for clean ones. This was treated as being very high maintenance. But we did get clean bedding eventually. The place has a nice sitting area outside and felt fairly secure. Ended up staying 3 nights. Lots of places to get food and the lake is close. And hot showers!

I booked a private room with private toilet, bathroom and window. And end up the staff only can provide a 3-bed dorm has nobody staying and with no any of the above. They said this is still a private room and refuse to refund or discount. At night, they request me to take hot shower in next morning instead because too many people using now. I still insist to use it with problem, no sure why they are asking that. Horrible experience, and got a few bites from the stay.

Terrible hostel. We didn't even spend the night there: the pictures don't show the reality of the rooms (dirty, poor placed beds...). When we arrived, the management acted a little bit creepy and tried to encourage us to change the room we booked for another that was more expensive. Needless to say, we felt cheated and scammed so we left. There are better hostels all around Pokhara which offer better services for a much lower price. I highly advise against booking in this particular hostel.
