Perfect base to enjoy Copan (not to mention, perhaps the only hostel option). The staff and owner were great -- big shout out to Stefani for all your help and kindness, much appreciated! The hostel and hotel are separate locations, but like everything in Copan, very short walk.

Overall it's a good hostel. Hot water, great wifi and well equipped kitchen. Also pool table, common areas, and a tour desk.

Rooms are spacious, everything is quite clean, there are fans and it’s not too hot in the rooms. Great common area with hammocks, a fire place and a pool table. Staff was not really good though, couldn’t find my reservation, you need to be careful with changing your reservation and they say they offer shuttles but there need to be at least 5 people before they go. I can recommend the hostel anyway, because the atmosphere is really good and wifi really fast!

Great place, owner speaks perfect English. Double room was great, two huge beds and good little bathroom - great value. Didn't see dorms so can't comment. Shuttle brings travellers everyday at 11/12 so if you want to find people to go on activities with you, hang around reception then!

The hostel is conveniently located 1km walk away from the ruins or a couple of minutes walk way from the main square. It’s the only backpacker hostel in town so you’re sure to meet other people here. Staff are helpful and friendly. The hostel itself could do with modernising slightly. The dorm rooms are quite dark even with the light on and there aren’t many plug sockets in the dorms. It’s relatively clean but could be better.

Chill place, nice rooms and bathrooms, cool owner-gave good food recommendations. Was a bit sussed by the lack of security...the dorms were separated from the reception and were never locked and opened up right on the street.

Its a cheap stay. Hot water is non existent and the room is very cramped. Good value for a few days.

It was OK. WiFi didn’t work in dorms, kitchen was ok when clean. Staff friendly enough. Just needs updated hostel seems very old and tired. They aren’t many options in the area if your on a budget however. Must do - go to the tea and chocolate place, number 1 on trip advisor for a reason

First of all: there are many Berakah buildings and B&B is much nicer than the actual hostel (where the hostel reception is). I stayed in the actual hostel in the dorm of second floor and it was dark and crowded and dirty. Not really value for money. Btw. They have nice and well-working shuttle service inside of Honduras with reasonable prices, but when they sold me a ticket to Antigua, it was a different company with extremely unpleasant driver and that shuttle was late 1hr.
