If you just need a bed and a shower at a great location, this is a great place to go. You get what you pay for, so don't expect any kind of luxury.

    Very Good

    11 Jul 2019
As an overall review, I had a good time here just as in any other hostel I have been, but they have a great problem. People steal your food from the fridge, even though there are warnings that thieves will be expelled from the hostel. What I had to do is buying my food and eat immediately. Fortunately, there is a Coop and Lidl nearby (some blocks) where you can buy cold milk, soft drinks or any other stuff that requires refrigeration. Staff and location are good.

Pros: Great location, met cool people, fairly comfy beds Cons: Staff were very rude (reception was talking to her boyfriend on the phone while checking us in), it’s 100 SEK for sheets which is not advertised and I’ve never paid for sheets in a hostel before, 2 co-Ed toilets per floor that often ran out of toilet paper, kitchen was dirty and had very few items to cook with. I also stayed at City Hostel which was way nicer, cleaner, equipped and only a few blocks away. Spend the extra $$.

This hostel is very basic for what you pay. The rooms have no windows and terrible airflow (not sure the air was flowing at all). It was hot and uncomfortable and you could not leave the door unlocked due to security concerns. The carpets were full of old stains and did not inspire confidence at all. I had to stay here because it was all that was left in the entire city and I had to be there. The bathrooms were ok. Shower 6/10 toilets 5/10. Wifi was poor

While checking in, the receptionist was not very helpful and didn't tell me there was a code to get inside the building at night. Resulted in me being stuck outside for 20 mins at 3 am

first of all the stuff is very unfriendly and we wanted over half an hour for the receptionist to arrive at her desk so that we could check in. most of the rooms don't even have a window and in general it is quite a "dark" place. the kitchen and the bathrooms were luckily always clean but the other common rooms and the stairs were a bit dirty. for a night or two, it's ok, but I'm sure there are better places to stay in Stockholm

I only spent one night out of the four nights. I noticed BED BUGS crawling around the bed!!!! Every time I opened my eyes there was a new one. If you are lucky enough you might not experience troubles with during your stay but Legally they need to inspect by the organization. when I informed at the reception about the cleanness and safety Issues occurred by BED BUGS! They refused for a refund and no willingness to help but insulting the guest by saying 'Go to the Hotel, No one get money back!'
