Nice place to stay, very clean and secure. 2 min walk to city center and at prime location with all facilities. I love my stay. Imtiaz Ali was very helpful and well coordinated.

The hostel location is almost at the river ness which was wonderful to walk along. The stay was comfortable, hostel was equipped with everything we required for our stay except for a cupboard or shelves in the room. We usually started our day early and return late so never saw any staff present in the premises.

Inexpensive option in downtown Inverness which we appreciated a lot. Creative approach to keep costs down by having us check in by phone at the door. Not happy with the kitchen--very limited space, appliances, pots, and amenities like coffee, sugar, etc.

The hostel provided a very basic accommodation. The room was clean, but bath and kitchen were very unclean. It's OK for one night, but not longer.

Very affordable place in a great central location – especially compared to other places which were either much more expensive or located more remotely. Considering the affordable price, some shortcomings were to be expected. We didn‘t mind too much since we spent most of our time outside and only stayed for two nights. Still – if we were booking again, we‘d probaly opt for a nicer (albeit more expensive) place.

A lot off misguided information, never once seen a staff member, advertises free tea and coffee, only thing available was the kettle, says on site £10 deposit required for keys no longer do that, one shower between everyone and even that didn't work was two rubber ends fitted on to the taps with the hose hanging on a bracket on wall, not suitable for a tall person, 2 toilets but only one toilet locked so everyone used the shower room/toilet that locked, nothing to do within the property, no TV

Absolutely........terrible..advertised as a double room...bunk beds.....very small room...building is very old ..floor boards creek..atmosphere of a prison. Bathroom facilities terrible NOT VALUE for money!! I would say at max: only worth £15 per night!.

Not tourist /traveller standard accommodation. Felt like a homeless/refuge hostel. Arriving at dismal entrance door was a grim encounter. Adequate key lock system by phone but no onsite staff to address cleanliness issues-urine on toilet seat and floor, loose carpeting, broken step on stairs , no locks on downstairs back window, shower was broken replaced by a rubber hose to taps. Shabby and in disrepair. Adequate sockets in bedroom, clean linen. But lumpy mattresses and broken bed bases.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We didn't ever gain access to the hostel! Which left three women out in the cold to try and find accommodation on an almost completely booked weekend. The host has posted on his door three phone numbers to reach him at to gain the code to get in, and I spent 3 hours calling them, not only from my phone, but from local businesses and the phone booth. I emailed him 30 minutes after our check out time and we didnt hear back from him for 5 hours. Absolutely absurd.
