Great place to stay. Close to the train station, to the market, and to the bus that takes you to Machu Picchu. Staff was very helpful at linking me up with my Machu Picchu guide, despite their limited English. Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay. Shower was fairly warm. Better than other places I stayed in Peru. Stored our luggage here when we went up to Machu Picchu and paid for the shower after because we left on the train that night. Good place not far from the market. Did hear music down the road for a good portion of the night, but that likely would be true for most of the town.

Great place to stay and quiet as had room at back. Only slight issue was security as we arrived before room available and were told we could leave our bags. We did so and when returned found them behind reception with no-one around! As they locked our bag away the next day when we went to Machu pichu disnt understand this. Luckily we hadn't lost anything

Very close to the train station and also to where the buses/the trek start to Machu Pichu, but Aguas Calientes is a tiny town so nothing is really far. We booked a prived room with ensuite bathroom, it was big enough and very clean. Staff was friendly and breakfast good. A solid option.

Good location, right next to the train station and the line for the bus to Machu Picchu. The staff was helpful but not really welcoming. Breakfast were included, but starts at 5am, so you can’t have it if you need to leave for the bus at this time (usually if you have Machu Picchu entrance at 6am). Bad WiFi.

The bedroom was really good, very comfortable with a great shower. Breakfast was also good. But the service was very umprofessional. The owners have a bunch of kids who run around the building making a lot of noise all day long. Since the adults who should be responsible for them don't do anything to stop them, it makes it impossible for you to rest before or after an exhausting day in Machu Picchu.

On arrival, the hotel no longer had the rooms available that we had reserved. They tried to send our group to a different hostel nearby that did not have enough space for our whole group. They refused to offer any sort of discount for the inconvenience and kept saying that they would compensate us by giving us breakfast but that we would have to walk over to their location (but breakfast was already supposed to have been included in our reservation and was not any sort of compensation).
