General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card ???? Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

The following group types are not accepted by this hostel: Holiday with Friends, Junior / Primary School, High / Secondary School, College / University, Business Trip, Stag/Hen/Bachelor Party, Sports Group, Cultural Group If you have misrepresented the type of group you are booking for, your booking may be cancelled by the hostel."

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

    The place is nothing as is shown on pictures. It seems as if they were taken just after refurbishment and nobody has cleaned it since. The bathrooms are the worst. Everything is cover in thick layers of dirt or mold. In the bedroom, there are spider webs and every part of it that is not used by people who stay there is covered in dirt. If the place was simply cleaner the whole experience would have been much better, but that's a big if.

    We booked a three bedroom private room, and it was like a prison cell, there was no windows and no vent. The bathroom reeked of bleach as if someone had died and they tried to cover the smell, the small was so bad at some points I thought I was going to pass out. Our only savour was the aircon in the room. The Netflix in the common room didn’t work and when we asked the lady at reception she never came to help. Spend the extra five dollars and go somewhere else.

    Would not stay there again. No windows in the rooms which made them mouldy and smell damp. Beds were also too short for my height (6 foot) and the bathrooms were disgusting.

    There was mold on the walls, the staff was very unfriendly, the room was not clean, the Air Condition was not properly working and it was very humid in the room. I cannot recommend this place.

    Completely filthy and the beds were crawling with ants. After the cleanliness issues we immediately checked out asking for a full refund which they only gave on the following day (a morning wasted on our holiday) after speaking to the Manager. We had 2 further stints booked there during our travels which we cancelled at reception. I was surprised that the hostel charged my bank card for these further nights and are not replying me now.

    I had to change my plans to return to the UK as a family member passed away. I called the hostel in the morning to tell them and ask them not to charge me for the two nights I had booked. I also e mailed them several times but they were rude and ignored my messages. They still have not replied. I find this behaviour alien in Singapore where they care so much about their visitors.
