Hostel was great to stay at, the staff were friendly, breakfast was good, beds were comfy and the showers were hot! Where this hostel really shines is their tours of the Ha Giang loop. I booked a four day tour having not much experience riding and it ended up being the best experience I’ve had in Vietnam! They organise an experienced group leader, all the homestays and food, and visits to all the main attractions throughout ha giang. They also offer easy riders for non-riders.

Awesome hostel! Planned our whole loop for us as well as buses back to Hanoi. Fabulous staff and people who ran the loop. Loved my time there. Breakfast was great as well :-)

Great jumping off point for the Ha Giang Loop. Staff was very helpful getting everything setup and customized our loop trip exactly how we wanted to do it. Facilities are fine and breakfast is good (coffee is excellent). Would definitely recommend this place to anyone headed to the Ha Giang Loop.

If youre reading this then you are probably here for the Ha Giang loop! Amazing experience, one of my favorite things to have done in Vietnam. With that being said, the staff here are incredible - they are super friendly and more than happy to help you plan your trip, as well as provide organized group tours along the loop. You can rent your bike here and of course the staff is able to answer any and all questions! Great one-stop shop for your ha giang loop experience, highly recommended!

Good for starting the ha giang loop tour with although you don't need to stay there to join the tour, just hire a bike from Jasmine. Hostel is basic but good showers at least, just a bit cold as windows dont shut properly

If you have bought your own bike and are interested in finding people to do the loop with, don’t bother with this hostel. They charge a fee for you just to tag along with their tour group. They try to sell it by saying that they know how to escape the police checkpoint. A quick Google will show you can just leave early in the morning or during lunch to miss the police. They weren’t really honest in providing information, just trying to sell their package and earn money from you.dishonestly.

A girl on their tour was hit by a truck and suffered a severe injury. There was no contingency plan to get her out, resulting in us getting in the back of the truck who hit her with a large open wound of her leg. They spent the rest of the hellish 18 hours we spent trying to get her to hospital delaying us to cover their asses, make money from us and held us hostage to bribes. They argued with us every step of the way, not letting us leave. The worst experience. They also have mice in the rooms.
