Great hostel to book Ha Giang loop through. Good beds and big rooms. Staff member with short bob hair cut was super lovely and very helpful !! Sadly didn’t get her name. However I wouldn’t recommend the food at the hostel and I’d maybe think about buying your own helmet if you’re worried about being safe on the loop cause most of their helmets are very worn out / broken (unsurprisingly) which makes them unsafe to wear. There’s plenty of bike shops in Ha Giang where you can buy good and cheap helmets. The bikes we rented were in good condition though !!

Amazingly helpful hostel - it was so so easy to book the Ha Giang loop and I think a lot cheaper than other places (it’s about £80). They offer a 2 night or 3 night trip where everything is catered for you, I couldn’t recommend it more. The hostel itself was clean and comfortable and hosted a family dinner for 100 VND

Absolutely fantastic hostel. The staff are super friendly, and often cook lunch and offer diner for a small price. The free breakfast is very nice. They are very helpful with planning your trip around the Ha Giang loop, and offer gear and bike rentals as well as tours. It's clean, the beds are comfy, the showers are fantastic, and the location is great. Plus it's like $5/night. 10/10, easily one of the best hostels I've stayed in.

Jasmine was perfect because everyone here is comin for the Ha Giang Loop. Easy to make friends and get advice. And whether you’re doing or tour or riding solo you’ll meet people that you’ll bump into along the way. Family dinner is also good and arranging for bikes is super easy. Highly recommend

Good hostel, great breakfast and they are building a pool. If you are planning to do the loop from here I would recommend against it. The bikes are low quality, with dodgy breaks, non centered steering. The manual bikes have dodgy chokes, and electricals, clear the hostel doesn't maintain the bikes to a high standard. Further more the staff obviously have a lot of people to get on the road everyday, this results in a feeling of being pushed through quickly, with no attention given.
