It's a brisk walk, but the rooms are large and so are the 2 locking lockers. The WC is in the room and the shower is great! The staff really nice the drawback is you can't check in until 16:00 and if you get there early you will wait until then. The breakfast was included an it was great. A beautiful city to see. Also it's tucked way at the end of the street. Follow the signs.

Extra points for the receptionist, who was so nice! He even made us a sauna ready when he heard that we are from Finland. There are lots of children in this guesthouse, but it is still not as loud as you could think. The breakfast was well and they offered gluten free bread for my friend. They have nice tv rooms (Netflix works!) It's a tough walk from the station to this guesthouse, but the place is totally worth it.

(31 year old male from Israel) I spent a night in a dorm room late Oct. 2018. It was very quiet and clean. The lady at the reception during my check-in was very friendly and helpful. I would have liked for some more social options in the hostel (though, I did arrive at the off season). There seemed to have been many facilities at the hostel I learnt about just as leaving, shame I couldn't make use of them (I heard of a sauna and saw a wall climbing room, I'm sure I missed much more).

Apart from the lack of double bed in our 'twin' room, everything was good. The breakfast was incredible and all the staff were very helpful. Would recommend!

Only really stayed one night but the room was a nice size and the beds were comfy. There is no lift which was a bit of a pain with our heavy suitcases.

Breakfast included is good, rock climbing wall is really cool. About 20 mins walk to centre of town and 30 mins to main train station. Had whole 5 bed room to myself for 2 nights which was nice - perks of travelling off season. Clean. Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms, only in common areas

Not a normal hostel vibe, there was more of a family hotel vibe. There was a climbing wall though which was a lot of fun when we couldn’t find a bar. I didn’t find the reception staff to be very forthcoming with information/advice. We really had to ask lots of questions to get told about a free bus pass to the lakes that we could get which I would recommend doing. The breakfast included was nice.

okay hostel. absolutely 0 social atmosphere. staff gave wrong directions/info and weren’t too chatty but were still nice enough. they do have a free rock climbing wall which is nice. it’s a bit of a walk out to the main square to get food, so there’s not much to do in the vicinity.
