Still one of the best hostels in Tokyo. I was one of the only guests to check in (as it was during peak COVID) but the staff made my time their worthwhile and enjoyable. I will be back again!

I had a great stay at Kaisu Hostel. Location was great as we wanted to be close to the Shibuya and Roppongi area of Tokyo. The downstairs area was great for socializing and grabbing a drink and the staff is absolutely excellent. They are more than willing to help navigate you through the city and make your stay a memorable one. Even with the Coronavirus situation I felt totally safe during my stay here and can't wait to return again once the situation (hopefully) blows over.

Everyone's so friendly here. The house is beautiful and has great ambiance. The individual dorm spaces are roomy and comfortable. The lounge area is nicely appointed. The showers are awesome. The cafe is beautiful and a great place to meet people. Akasaka is a very nice neighborhood. Kaisu is a 10 minute walk to DT Roppongi; a 4 minute walk to Akasaka Station; a five minute walk to lots of awesome restaurants; a six minute walk to Hie Jinja; and across the street from a 711. Love it 😉

The coziest little hostel. Within walking distance (5-20 min) to a lot of museums, restaurants, and bars. The location is wonderful if you are tackling Tokyo. The staff is incredibly friendly and the whole place is spotless. When I come back to Japan, I will most definitely be staying here again.

Really cool hostel in a great location close to the center of Tokyo. The Japanese staff were amazing, they all spoke impeccable English, too. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and fairly spacious. The only reason I give this hostel a 4 out of 5 for secutiry is that you have to pay for a lock, and the locker isn't very big; but it's enough to store essentials. Anyway, the free breakfast every morning for guests was great, too! Highly recommend Kaisu.

Great hostel that's really close to roppingi. Other hostel in the area, although close, is not as clean and has a better set of amenities. This hostle is super clean and has a small restaurant attached. Will definetely be staying here on future visits
