The staff was super helpful and accommodating for my trip. They went above and beyond, and I recommend this place to anyone who does not want to spend a lot of money. This place is just as good as a hotel but cheaper!!!!

Very cool place. They had had small events, free food and beer in the afternoon. Staff is friendly. I even got one of the girls to help me connect my phone. Overall I love this place.

Good little hostel down one of the side streets of the Medina in Marrakech. I had a great time staying here. Lovely people (Shakira the host!!) made my stay easy and facilitated a taxi to pick me up to take me out of the city. I didn't end up taking it, but wish I had done as the journey I took on my own was more expensive. Good tea, good location, cozy rooms in close quarters but a lovely main reception/lounge area, with shisha if you want it.

By far the best hostel I have ever stayed in! The atmosphere here is very welcoming and very relaxed. I met so many cool people here, and the staff is very helpful. Nacer and Imane were especially helpful with arranging taxis and printing boarding passds. It's a little hard to find, but once you know where it is you are golden. It's only a ten minute walk from jmaa el fnaa and the maison de la photographie. Would highly recommend!

Is a really good hostel. In my opinion the best in Marrakech. The location is 6 km away from the airport and only 1 km from the central plaza. Unfortunately the access is in a narrow alley. The first time I've visited it a guy asked me moneys to go to the hostel. Talking about the hostel the two guys of the staff, Nasser and Mustafa, are very friendly and welcoming. Very good breakfast, free moroccan tea, good people, a lot of services and good vibes. If you are in Marrakech you must go there!

    Very Good

Staff manager was very kind, helpful, and hospitable. Location is hard to find by taxi, but very conveniently close to the Medina. If the bathroom had a forecast, it would be 80% chance of precipitation at all times (due to lack of shower separation and ventilation). Bunk beds were a little rickety, and close to the hustle and bustle. The two cats were great. Please send the little one to a vet, though, it had us quite worried. Breakfast? More like BREADfast.

Mixed feelings. Was one of the cheapest hostels available, which is a plus. For a cheap place to sleep, it's fine. Things we didn't like: all rooms open to outside courtyard, so in winter it is absolutely freezing in common areas and in rooms. Paint was rubbing off walls and would collect on our bags overnight. They offer laundry service and we gave them our laundry, 1.5 days later still not done and we had no clothes to wear. We stayed at another hostel after which we preferred.

Ehhhhhh. The detailings may be beautiful, the cats may be adorable, and the mint tea may be nice, but I did not enjoy my time here. It was a very strange place with a very basic breakfast. Speaking of, the breakfast was supposed to be from 8 AM-10 AM every day and on my last day, I waited for an hour to no avail. No one. Not one person. I had to make my trek to Taroudant on an empty stomach. I hope to find better hostels in Marrakech.
