I can highly recommend this place for those who need a roof above their head while staying in Vigo. Extremely helpful staff- Amanda and Marta- are amazing, helped me with everything I needed. Vigo was my last day departing home from my completed El Camino and this hostel made for it a very special ending! Thank You!

Was pretty clean and served its purpose. Wouldn't want to hang out for long here though, as it's not much of a social place.

    Very Good

At the check in, the lady didn't seem happy and she wasn't able to speak English very well. So, we didn't receive any information about the city or the hostel itself. Fortunately, the guy after her, gave us a lot of information to go to Pontevedra, in Spanish of course. The hostel is extremely basic but we didn't expect more for the value of the money. The rooms are big and clean, but make sure you don't sleep beneath an airconditioning... That can be cold. The showers are okay but bit dirty.

A very strange place, hardly any guests in the building when I was there. But, the bed is OK. Large rooms. Ok as value for money.

Not the cleanest showers and rooms were a bit stuffy. Common area was generic but you had space to make a big cookout and make it a bit cozier.

It was okay, not very central, but good if you need to go to the bus station. Facilities were alright, but I couldn't get my shower to get warm. Everything costs extra (like storing your bike) and the people at reception were very stressed.

    - Long and confusing check-in process, girl in my dorm said she waited in line for two and half hours - No explanation of hostel facilities, location of room, wi-fi etc - No soap left in toilet and mould on walls - No lockers to keep things. Staff asked to keep passports of couple in my room as computer broke - Dark and creepy atmosphere to hostel - Air conditioning worked but girl in my dorm said that it didn't previous night - can imagine it being very stuffy - Not a nice location

The location was kind of far from the city center. Check in didn’t start almost. 4pm when it was supposed to be 3pm. The lobby was hot. The AC turned off in the evening even though it I was still hot out. Location wasn’t ideal. The showers had no shower curtains and the faucet was limp. Cabinets for personal items were not secure. All these this contributed to me just leaving Vigo and heading back to Madrid after one night when I had paid for two. Overall not a good hostel experience
