I say this for every hotel I go to: PLEASE, PLEASE put a small fan in every room. The air in the bedrooms usually becomes very warm, and there are also people snoring — a fan to circulate air and to make some background noise would solve both of those problems. I would like there to be lockers in the rooms, instead of having to leave my valuable items at reception. But other than that, no complaints.

    Very Good

Overall not a bad stay. Relatively clean. The night I stayed there a bunch of jovenes were basically having a party in the hostel and none of the staff seemed to care so I didn't get any sleep.. but that's the hostel life. The bed's were SUPERR creaky.. literally if you breath too hard they will creak. I guess if you're looking for a lit hostel this is the place to be.

This is a big hostel mainly used by pilgrims to Santiago. There was only 1 women's bathroom for the whole floor (2 toilets and 4 showers) - no wonder it was quite dirty all the time + no soap and no hangers. I stayed for 2 nights in 2 different rooms (both for 6 ppl) and in both of them there were no lamps next to beds. So when you arrive after 10 pm you have to use your cell phone if you don't want to bother the other ppl already sleeping in the room + absence of sockets next to beds.

Two of the members of staff are abrupt, unwelcoming and ignorant. One of the women - brown hair, average height, late 20s early 30s - didn’t regard me on arrival and refused to speak to me at all. A male staff member - tall, glasses - and her, sat shouting and swearing across the foyer at each other. They thought I couldnt understand. Two other ladies - one young, long dark hair and glasses; and another slightly older with long brown hair - were fantastic. Very clean & easy location.

One of the worst hostels I´ have been to. Not possible to breathe in the rooms an the staff is incompetent to turn on the air condition. Non comfortable beds and no personal space in the rooms. Location awful - far from centre, very dirty surroundings. The most expensive and at the same time least pleasant and comfortable accomodation during Camino Portugues.
