My stay at this hostel was super good, I would highly recommend it to everyone! The design of the common area is nicely designed and overall good atmosphere. I felt like everything was clean and the location is also quite good with the metro station within 10 min walking distance and the Asakusa Temple is right across the street. Also, there was free breakfast, witch was a nice surprise. The beds were indeed a bit hard and worn out but nothing too bad.

Its a really nice hostel, with very friendly staff and a nice 5th floor view of the shrine and the city! It also has breakfast which is nice. You can also get info about trips to Fuji and other excursions. They also give you a nice present when you leave and I totally liked the decoration. Only negative was that you can go there with JR rail pass. You'll need a 240yen metro ticket, but all in all, its in a nice location just next to a very nice area.

Incredibly warm and helpful staff! Location was perfect, close to the shrine and amenities. The atmosphere was great, definitely easy to meet people as a solo traveller. Not the best security for bags within the room, as the lockers were small so you had to take individual items out.

Very helpful in accomodating for late night check in. All staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Were able to leave luggage on check out day to pick up later. Great location - short walk to subway and restaurants. Hostel itself is nice enough. Pictures show fairly accurately what the hostel looks like. Would consider staying again.

The rooms are a lot more shabby than the pictures and smelled a bit damp. Air con not very effective once you're in the bunk beds. only a small box for valuables with a very tiny padlock. Close to the temples and Sky tree but everything else was quite far away. Staff didn't have anywhere to recommend when we asked for an izakaya/bar and weren't very knowledgeable about train/bus tickets we wanted to buy.

Our stay was perfectly average. Location was nice, near a beautiful temple and busy market, if you don’t mind a short walk to the subway. But my bed specifically was so flat I could feel the wood underneath. Some of the other beds didn’t seem quite as worn in. The staff was friendly, however, they weren’t overly helpful or knowledgeable with direction, recommendations, or bookings. We choose hostels for their helpfulness. This one lacked helpfulness, which bothered us the most.
