It was great and the tour guide was awesome! Showed me a sweet waterfall there. I got a private room because I’d ridden from Hanoi that day and it was exceptional!

Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room does let in light like people mentioned, but an eyemask sorts that out. The rooms were very spacious. Free breakfast in the morning made it such good value for money!

Markie at reception is super helpful! We stayed just 1 night before starting the loop - not many others in the hostel so maybe not the place to find friends to ride with. I did an easy rider (900K/day excluding homestay/food) and my friend rented his own bike from the hostel. GREAT VALUE since it was just the two of us - soooo worth it when you pass all the 20+ person tour groups.

A good place to crash before/after the Ha Giang loop. We stayed in the twin room which was large and clean. The ensuite is not a separate room but a section separated by a frosted glass wall which was a bit weird. The place has nice, chill vibes

Great breakfast included next door, can order pancakes, eggs, noodle soup ect.. The owner took me to the ATM on his bike and arranged our buses for us. If you want someone where cheap to stop after the ha gaing loop (or before, but we didn't!) then here is perfect

Don't get the super high ratings for here, I mean it's not a bad hostel and I'd probably stay a night again but objectively scores poorly compared to the rest of our trip. Staff were polite enough but check in was near non existent, with no information provided at all. No lockers we could see within the room to store a small bag was also strange for a hostel but overall it was a decent enough stay for one night.

Rats and mice under the floorboards which kept me awake most of the night. Not that clean and no atmosphere. Compared to the other hostel I stayed at in ha Giang - which was better and cheaper.
