Nice warm rooms and living room. I rented all my gear for the W Trek with them for a very reasonable price and it worked perfectly on the trail. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent hostel. Located near the bus station and walking distance to the central business district. Nelson (the owner) and his wife are extremely helpful. They truly made my Patagonia experience great with their insider tips, hospitality, and flexibility. As a born-and-raised Puerto Natales resident, Nelson has the best advice. The common spaces have a social vibe without being rowdy or loud, which is perfect since most people are in the area to wake up early and experience the outdoors.

Stayed at this hostel before and after going to Torres del Paine National Park. The facilities were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a nice kitchen area to prepare meals. The owner provided lots of helpful tips and information about Torres del Paine National Park. We rented equipment from the hostel as it is offered at a reasonable price. The rental gear is high quality. The only thing we did not know about this hostel is that is all cash. They do not accept credit cards.

I really liked this hostel! It’s a perfect place to rest before and after hiking. It’s so cosy and warm inside and it feels more like a homestay than a hostel. Owner gave me good tips and helped to plan and organize my trip. Comfortable beds and lovely livingroom to hangout.

This hostel is more like homestay which is run by a family. The staff are the husband and wife. Both are very nice and helpful if you ask them anything. However, if you do not like to abide by rules, I wouldn't suggest this place for you. But I like it here and the atmosphere are good. Not far from city center or bus station. It's located in between both.

Nelson was very helpful in our preparations for the W trek. Kitchen and bathrooms are small, but otherwise a very cozy house.

This hostel definitely feels homestay because this is the home of the owner for generations as well. If you can follow rules and cleaniness then this is the place, I personally like it to keep things organized and cleaned, very cozy and relax. Nelson the owner and his family are great people, he is born here and knows alot about the national parks; he is also very passionate about the country with the pros and cons that it is going through. Sometimes he get carried away with conversations though

Good hostel, great host! The host is living in the same area, so it's more a kind of a airbnb stay I think. But nothing wrong with this, he is very friendly and helpful and really knows all tips & tricks about how to conquer the Torres del Paine National Park! And, the beds are really good, I had 2 of the best nights of sleep in this hostel!!!

If you’re totally f***d re your W-trek, go here. Nelson is creative and helpful and rental is 1/5 of the price. If you want to feel welcomed and as a guest, not as an annoying roommate, don’t go. Nelson can be kind, but he’s also hugely temperamental and unfair and seems resentful towards us that his home is also a hostel. Didn’t appreciate us being yelled at for something we didn’t do and then again for a simple misunderstanding.

This place fells like you are staying at the owners house but he actually doesn't want you there, you always have the felling of being on his way. Him and his family aren't exactly the friendliest people. The house is full of rules! And the owner is always on the lookout if something is out of place! In all fairness he did gave us very good hints of how to organise our days in Torres del Paine. We also rented the equipment here and the prices were much better.
