Staff were super friendly and so helpful, had lots of great advice. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Security of belongings was also well managed. Only issue was the construction next door which started at 7am but I would imagine that’s a short term issue. Great location only 5-10 minutes from the bus terminal. The attached bar and restaurant was also really good.

Bar and restaurant is attached, so bring earplugs. Great way to mingle with other travellers though. Staff spoke decent English and were very hospitable! Cute balconies and sitting areas. Lots of bathrooms. Great decor. Walking distance to bus depot (20min). They have cute clothing for sale too.

Very clean and well-run hostel. WiFi was fast, bathrooms surprisingly spacious and hot water constantly available. The staff were, without exception, friendly and knowledgeable. While there were few guests, I still found it easy to meet other people. Unfortunately, my dormitory--Room #1--had bedbugs. I woke up covered in bites, some of which still haven't healed. I informed reception, and they seemed to take the report seriously and promised to fumigate immediately. Would recommend regardless.

Good facilities, good location (although quite far from the city center). Restaurant is very expensive. Loud construction work nearby woke me up (but this is probably only a temporary problem).

Kolibri Hostel is a solid choice. I had a private room, which was clean but has no exterior window. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were hot. The location was decently close to the bus station (5000 pesos for a taxi/uber; about a 25 minute walk). The staff was friendly and helpful.

This was unexpectedly quite a nice stay. The downstairs bar and restaurant and the common areas are nicely decorated. The room was basic though comfortable. The big lockers in the room we behind a set of bunk beds do very difficult to access and some really high up for your backpack 🤔. I also saw a tiny mouse so was super happy to be in a top bunk. Helpful staff!

The hostel itself was nice, but the rooms were pretty tired and gross. Found stains on the bed, and everything felt old and unclean. The staff, however, were helpful and the breakfasts were nice and well-priced. Fine for a quick trip but I wouldn't spend too long there.
