On our menu you will find local, German and international specialties to fair prices (notice: We don't have a guest kitchen, but feel free to bring food from outside and use the restaurant area to consume it.) Some of the weekly program takes part in the night club or in the green garden, especially at the weekends, where also locals and guests from other hostels will join the parties (notice: In some of the rooms located on the first level around the atrium you might hear some of the music, but there are also rooms unharmed by the parties in the garden or higher)

In contrast you can find a garden area in the backyard as well as a roof terrace where you can enjoy some quietness. Next to the front desk you can find a travel agency (Rocla) which offers local tours in and around Sucre, also a language school and a laundry service.

The KulturBerlin hostel is good for meeting fellow travelers, having a good time and exploring Sucre, an UNESCO heritage city, and its surroundings, although you don't have to leave the hostel at all, because it will provide you with everything you need.

Really nice hostel, on a great location in sucre! They are a party hostel but it’s not overly well organised, there isn’t actually anything organised for the guests they just get a lot of locals there to party! There is a massive courtyard area way out the back of the hostel which would be awesome to party and hang out if things were organised, most of the guests didn’t even know it was there

Honestly I didn't know what to expect when coming to Sucre but this place was great. It was clean and the volunteer staff were very involved which is unusual for bigger hostels. The breakfast was also great, with plenty of food and options. The bathrooms were clean and had hot water and the hostel itself was located right in the middle of town near tons of restaurants and things to see. I would highly recommend this hostel.

Great location, close to the main square. Free breakfast with plenty of fruit, cereals and breads. Beds are comfortable and showers are warm. Nice garden area to relax in. Wifi only works in common areas.

Amazing breakfast, best one I’ve had, and very affordable, close to the centre. On the bad side, hot showers are 50/50 Saturday night party is focused on locals, and the 8 bedroom dorm is two 8 bedroom dorms separated by a glass door with one exit only so almost a 16 person dorm.

Fantastic time spent at KulturBerlin, wish the WiFi was a little more reliable but great parties. It's a big hostel so you really have to get out there and socialize but that's not the hostels fault, all about yourself. Staff were great, especially Jack who was an excellent volunteer.

I moved to KulturBerlin because my first hostel felt absolutely dead. KulturBerlin wasn’t as social as I wanted it to be ... as a solo traveler, it was still hard to meet people, but there were at least more guests there than my previous place (maybe it was just a slow time of year?). They have an amazing breakfast that’s included, and a full bar and restaurant, which a lot of locals seem to come to. Rooms were clean, bathroom was okay. Overall, was a positive experience.

Used the laundry facilities, asked them not to put my t-shirts and jumpers in the dryer, they said 'no problem.' Picked them up the next day and everything had been in the dryer and shrunk. $200 worth of brand new clothes no longer fit. Thank you very much x

Strange experience. The place is more of a restaurant than a hostel, with lots of locals hanging around during the day and evening (more than backpackers). The rooms are very large and always clean. There aren't very many cosy areas to relax, so everyone just sat at the restaurant/cafe tables which was a bit weird. There is a nice outside area but it rained the entire time we were there so it wasn't used by anyone. The Saturday party, again, was catered more for locals than those staying.
