On our menu you will find local, German and international specialties to fair prices (notice: We don't have a guest kitchen, but feel free to bring food from outside and use the restaurant area to consume it.) Some of the weekly program takes part in the night club or in the green garden, especially at the weekends, where also locals and guests from other hostels will join the parties (notice: In some of the rooms located on the first level around the atrium you might hear some of the music, but there are also rooms unharmed by the parties in the garden or higher)

In contrast you can find a garden area in the backyard as well as a roof terrace where you can enjoy some quietness. Next to the front desk you can find a travel agency (Rocla) which offers local tours in and around Sucre, also a language school and a laundry service.

The KulturBerlin hostel is good for meeting fellow travelers, having a good time and exploring Sucre, an UNESCO heritage city, and its surroundings, although you don't have to leave the hostel at all, because it will provide you with everything you need.

Best breakfast so far in south America. So nice to get fresh fruit! Very social hostel, place turns into a nightclub on the weekend! Wifi wasn't great when too many people were using it, works well in reception! Paint was coming off parts of the glass panes in the bathrooms by my room when I was there meaning people could see in if they wanted! Would definitely recommend!

Great hostel in the center of sucre. It's close to everything and really beautiful. After more than two years of traveling I can also say the breakfast is by far the best I had in any hostel (tons of fruits cereals juices bread... I had to take a picture on the first day) they also have really cool cultural events like their traditional dance show on Saturday which I absolutely loved. Dorms also offer a lot of space and the staff is really sweet

I loved staying at KulturBerlin. It‘s got an awesome vibe, i‘ve been here in the bolivian winter, but there were many people and a really good vibe. They offer lots of activities so i could not recommend it more to groups but also to solo travellers :)

Showers, travel agency, and food are good. Thought it was a party hostel, but basically only on weekends. Still fairly good atmosphere on weeknights though. Overall, good hostel!

We just stayed here for one night the beds and rooms were cosy, bathrooms were clean although pretty chilly and the shower wasn’t hot, I also felt there was a lack of bathrooms and I had to queue for a morning shower. Good atmosphere on a night but I wouldn’t recommend if you want a good nights sleep, great if you want to party! A kitchen would have been useful but breakfast was good and there are plenty of tasty cheap eats located close by and the location was excellent!

There are a lot of pros and cons to staying here. Good location, helpful staff and great breakfast. However, it is very hard to sleep here. There is a nightclub attached to the hostel. Now don’t get me wrong, I like to party and chose to stay here because it was a ‘party hostel’, however, there wasn’t much of a party happening except for a small crowd listening to ridiculously loud music until 2/3am. Also the night food menu is very overpriced for the quality of food produced.

We had high expectations as a fun party hostel, but when were there mid week it was very dead, so maybe it's only good on a weekend! The layout of the tables also makes it hard to socialise. Otherwise rooms and facilities were clean and fine.

Weird place. Absolutely no atmosphere, doesn't feel like a hostel at all. The single room is very nice, as is the breakfast and the staff is very friendly but wouldn't recommend it.
