Fantastic hostel in a safe and walkable neighborhood with easy access to buses that can you downtown or out to Santa Tecla. Delicious breakfasts, hot showers etc but best of all is the staff. Fabi, Nicole, Alejandro and Sara are all wonderful. Very highly recommended

Really nice clean hostel, with super helpful staff. Beds and lockers were a great size. Each bed had a personal fan as well which was really nice. Location was good, right opposite Ticabus station, but a little far from cheap local food, but the area was safe to walk in which was great. There was no atmosphere but that may be due to the lack of backpackers in El Salvador in general.

GOOD: Staff is so helpful. (Dorm) accomodations are good. Floors are mopped often. The atmosphere is great. BAD: Wifi out as much as on. Missing the little things that make a hostel special..... No hooks in dorm rooms to dry towels, nowhere in top floor showers to set shampoo and soap when taking a shower. The owner must be truly paranoid because there are security cameras EVERYWHERE and the staff is constently taking pictures after they clean. Coffee is WEAK.

The hostel is recommended. Anyone can enter the hostel without any key. There is a reception on duty to verify who enters. The staff is kind and courteous however information about local tours was not readily available when asked. The atmosphere is good, but almost all seating in the common areas is uncomfortable. The location is great for upscThe ale restaurants, international restaurants, and fast food however, it is not within walking distance to cheap local food nor the historic city center.

I was only here for ~12 hours for a layover. The time I did spent here was great. They organized a shuttle to pick me up and take me to the airport for 25USD each way. The shuttle driver was awesome! Besides that I just slept. The AC dorm gets very cold at night. The pod beds and nice though with a curtain for privacy. Nice kitchen with fridge on site. Fairly quiet when I was there.

Great staff willing to assist and help! They don't officially "book" tours, but they have many drivers and contacts that can take you anywhere you want to go. I found a driver named Alexander that was AWESOME, so ask for him.
