One of the best and most interesting hostels I've ever stayed at. Love the incl breakfast and morning sauna. Retro vibe. The upper outdoor deck makes you feel like you're on an actual leisure cruise. Value for 2 people (by Finnish standards) is excellent, but it seems like it's not as affordable for solo travelers. Esp. convenient location for the ferry terminal.

Unique experience on a decommissioned ferry. My cabin was warm, comfortable and well designed. Breakfast was in a spacious dining room with good food and a large range of choices. There was a sauna, a common room and the ship was next to the ferry terminal, a 14th century castle and the maritime museum, both with good cafes. Very special memorable experience.

Although there was no dorm room, single ensuite rooms almost costed the same as dorm rooms at other places which was nice. Breakfast was quite good. Very clean place and kind staff. However there was ZEROOO atmosphere, the place seems like a rest home. I have stayed there two days and I have not seen anyone around besides the staff. İt seems impossible to meet fellow travellers there so solo travellers shall consider this.

Good little hostel and the cheapest you'll find in Turku. Was quite charming having my own little cabin to sleep in. Bathroom had a good strong shower. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was really very good too and set me up for the day. Location central and only thirty minutes from the airport. Maybe not the best place for meeting people but a nice little stopover in you're in the city.

It is a very cool place and concept with very affordable single rooms. If you are looking for an interactive hostel experience, it is not built for it, with common rooms a bit hidden away. Then again, I came during Covid-19 so who know what it is like during 'normal' times. Breakfast was good.

    Very Good

I stayed during the COVID-19 pandemic so there were few people staying, it was pretty spacious due to being an old cruise ship. The common room is pretty small and low down in the ship with small portholes, you'd think they would use some of the old barspace upstairs. Kitchen area was nice for breakfast as were the prominades which operate as a public cafe but don't seem to mind guests chilling out. There is a musem up top and a lot of the good areas are used as event spaces. Thin walls.

It was cool to stay on an old ship, but the stay was far from comfortable. The room was old, small, cold, smelly and had thin walls. Breakfast was very disappointing. The location is OK, it's right opposite the castle and a half hour walk along the river into town. I thought it was expensive for what you got. If I had this room in a normal hotel I would have been very unhappy. After 2 nights the novelty had definitely worn off.
