    Very Good

The room we stayed in kind of felt like a prison, the half window that stuck into our room (obviously the room had been one larger room, made in to two smaller rooms at some point) did not open and this mean the room was stifling hot. There was a fan in the room, which had some electrical issues, as it only worked if the cord was in just the right position and would turn off with the slightest bump. The mattress was a torture device - everything else is ok for a night but the bed is unsleepable.

    Very Good

The place had an Institutional feel about it. Chairs in the room were made of metal and very uncomfortable to sit in over long period of time. On the floor I was on there is only one toilet for at least 40 units. The windows were sealed shut unable to be opened, a fan was provided to give some ventilation to the room. While functional, the hostel is quite a Spartan, and somewhat uncomfortable.

Our room was alright... Bed clean and tidily made. Checked for bed bugs and seemed clear, no bites! Carpet dirty looking and no window or low lighting. We were right next to the kitchen which was pretty loud when people were coming back drunk. We saw into some of the other rooms and the ones with windows and nicer beds looked much better. The women's bathroom was in a bit of a state but the showers were hot and strong pressure. It was ok but pretty pricey for what it was.

All the things in the kitchen were not clean properly. Common area is depressing, no windows! Many people living there. Bedroom was fine because it was private. It’s ok only for one night

Never again. Room a pigsty. Carpet not vacuumed on entry or over the two days. Under bunk beds both side of the room: assorted plastic bags, scraps of paper, cardboard boxes, overturned cups, soda cans, pieces of wood. Shower cubicles in bathroom so small you can hardly turn around after closing the door. Floor grubby, smelly at times. Only redeeming feature, unlimited free wi-fi, but this won't get me back there.

The worst hostel I have ever stayed in by a long way! Where do I start? Firstly this isn’t a backpacker friendly hostel, there is zero alcohol tolerance on site, elderly ‘housed’ people living there. ‘Unstable’ guests roam the corridors, one in particular was an old lady walking around shouting holiding a slow cooker. Not enough characters here but Avoid at all costs, I had a meeting with the manager (who was very nice) and gave me a full refund! Showers are tiny, too small !

TERRIBLE customer service and experience please don't stay here - we waited over an hour on arrival and complained to the receptionist when she got back, who had the worst customer service i've ever experienced, who didn't even look me in the eye and said why should I apologise to you I didn't do anything? Not only that - to get into the apartment you have to rely on the staff to buzz you into the building and often we were left outside waiting... I would avoid!
