Friendly staff who made me feel at home. As soon as I arrived I was offered chai and food and very comfortable bed with a good thock blanket. The view is amazing from the rooftop and there are many places to relax and sit. There is also a rooftop seating area with beds to chill and enjoy the peace and quiet. The location is a 10 minute walk from town which is good if you want to have a break from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this plce for value for money!

Puja was a wonderful member of staff who took us out and about in Jaipur to see things. The hostel was great value for money and very safe. There is a very nice and cheap breakfast provided by the hostel too.

This is a recently established hostel, but is nowhere near ready to be open to guests. The whole place is a shambles from start to finish - literally. The facilities advertised online are totally misleading - the common room is a table with one sofa and 3 arm chairs. The wifi is the guys hotspot on this phone and the beds are triple bunks packed into a room and aren't even facing the right way, making it difficult to get onto the second and third bunk. Cleanliness needs to be improved massively

The staff is nice, but being nice is not enough to run a hostel. They need to be more organised. Not that clean, half of the time I went to the bathroom there wasnt water. When we arrived around 8am there were still sleeping. And food was a bit pricey.

When you are paying $0.75 a night you can't ask for a lot, I would have been fine with the facilities because it was what I expected for that price. Megha was wonderful but Sky would frequently come into the rooms in the middle of the night and want to talk or turn lights on. Gate is always padlocked and hard to find staff to let you in or out of the property. Address on hostelworld takes you to the wrong place. Overall for the price it isn't a bad hostel but definitely could use some work.

Human excrement on the floor, and walls, of a dorm ensuite. Massive rat came out from under the bed and hid within the room. Right next to a train crossing, so very noisy. Staff were blasé and incredibly unprofessional. Gate is locked regularly, which is a nuisance. Don't be drawn in by the low price.
